Giannis Ristorante Italiano starts it's story in 1984 when Giovanni and Filomena Ferrara opened their first family owned restaurant in down town Oranjestad, Aruba. As one of the first Italian restaurants in Aruba success was very quick to follow, through the years up to now the family has slowly moved from downtown to the new nightlife area in Palm Beach better known as the strip. Gianni's was the beginning of a family of restaurants across the island, always specializing in extraordinary culinary experiences. Today you can still meet some of the family in Gianni's, the Italian side of the Ferrara family originates from Castellamare di Stabia, a small city on the Napoli Coast in Italy. You can find the menu at Gianni's is geared more around Napoli food but as the years have passed and our customer base has grown, we have extended into other regions of Italy to create a more complete Italian experience for our customers. Gianni's is well known for constantly changing towards modern times and better ingredients, always looking to import the freshest and finest quality ingredients to enhance our customer experience. Our motto has always been; try to find the best, enjoy the best, and share it with our guests.

Good food - great outdoor patio

Food was excellent. Service was a little slow but we were not in a rush. The outdoor patio atmosphere was great - lighting, ceiling fans, street view. Bathrooms were very clean and very decorative.

Gianni's is one of our favorite restaurants in Aruba. The Caesar salad & Caprese Salads are a great way to start dinner. We love the Pasta cooked in a wheel of Parmesan Cheese. It is one of our favorites and served for 2 or more. The Chocolate Salami is a great dessert. (Not what it sounds like) We highly recommend... More

I feel like the last place on earth I would want to order soup is on a desert island with 90+ degree heat but the pasta fagioli here is amazing! It's so good I asked the manager for the recipe, which he happily gave to me. We have visited Gianni's many times over the years and have never been disappointed.... More

Easy 20 minutes walk from the Marriott complex. A very large restaurant operated by a family. I really enjoyed the high ceiling building where I had dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was Italian with an Arubian flavor. We enjoyed all our choices but nothing was truly special. The canoli was surprisingly good. It has a good... More

After walking by this place for many years, we finally decided to try it for dinner. Service and ambience were great. Food however, didn't really impress me. My husband and I love veal parm so we both got it and agreed it was pretty tasteless. I can think of a few places back home where I can get it better.... More

Fabulous restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. Incredible Italian menu and wine selection. Attentive and professional staff. Comfortable and fun bar area. One dish inparticular. A pasta dish prepared tableside. It's a large parm cheese bowl they scrape until there's a sizeable ball of parm in the middle. Then they fill the bowl with whiskey and light it. the flames... More

Highly recomended! We had a 1 kg lobster for two with a little portion of fussilli four cheese. It was really good. The restaurant is nice , and it always has good ambience. It really close to all hotels near eagle beach. I will definitely come back!

My girlfriend wanted to eat at Gianni's after going there when she was in Aruba last year. I agreed and it turned out to be one of the best meals that I had while on vacation in Aruba. It was an intimate dining experience with excellent service. I chose to have the Catch of the Day, which was a Grouper... More
