Went to Gianni's with the family for the second time in two years. Food again was good (not New York Italian "Good" but it was Aruba Italian "Good"), and again I'd recommend the pasta that they cook in front of you in a hollowed out wheel of cheese. However, this this time I noticed that at the bottom of each... more

Gianni's was right across the street from our hotel and an easy choice for our first night in Aruba. Nice atmosphere in general - the outdoor seating area is huge. We ordered an artichoke appetizer that was a little disappointing. There wasn't much flavor or imagination in the dish. We also had a Caesar salad and a nice little laugh... more

Things were good here - decent wine list, large menu. No children's menu, but they offered half portions of most pasta dishes for the kids. Several of us had gnocchi, which wasn't fabulous, but solid. I feel like I have a special culinary gift that applies to gnocchi and flour tortillas - the ability to tell in one bite if... more

My husband and I had a great dinner at Gianni's. No reservation was required and dress was casual. We were seated right away and tended to by our friendly waiter Shannon without delay. The menu is extensive and if there was anything that we wanted that wasn't on the menu they offered to make it for us. I ordered a... more

We went to Gianni's after hearing so much about the flaming spaghetti dish they make in front of you. We ordered that, and it was fun to watch. And, that dish, as well as the dishes of our friends, were very good, although they all seemed a little overpriced. Also, we chose to eat outside because it seemed like a... more

I have to agree with the last review I just saw posted. This was AWFUL. I am Italian and so is my husband. This place looks so nice from the outside... you just want to go and eat there upon seeing it! The food is AWFUL. Just don't waste your money here... go to the Sunset Grill -- YUM! more

for a place that was packed every night, it really wasn't good at all. maybe it's because we're from NY and don't use ketchup for our pasta sauce....but for the price, this place was terrible. way too overpiced. service was a bit lacking....and the food, just not good. out of the 5 nights we were in aruba for our honeymoon,... more

The restaurant is huge and decorated nicely. We went late on a weeknight and went purely on a recommendation from another guest at our hotel. The pasta e fagioli was quite good and served piping hot. My entree was not on the menu but I ordered it anyway without a hitch, fetuchini alfredo with shrimp while my wife had a... more
