Laid back

A perfect restaurant if you want to eat by the ocean. They have fresh food. We had the fish and chips. It was fresh and delicious. It is good for a beach spot and the waiters are very good. A perfect place to enjoy the sunsets. Don't need to make a reservation! Try the Balachi beer.

We came by on Sunday night to watch the sunset and enjoy the happy hour drink specials. The servers worked together well and kept up with everyone despite the crowd. Live music was supposed to start at 6pm, but never did happen while we were there. We were happy enough with the sunset and the chips and queso though! We... More

This place is a 4 star bar. The food they do well is bar food, not a place I would recommend for dining. Just some snacks to soak up the Balashi, which they excel at. Bartenders are great and wait staff is quick considering island time. They have a decent happy hour and are nicely located close to the hi... More

Despite not having a reservation, we were able to get a table on the beach because the hostess moved one out there for us. Loved the mushrooms stuffed with escargot. Fabulos, meaty ribs, and the mousse was worth the trip to the gym!

If you want a lot of options for breakfast, visit Moomba Beach Bar and Restaurant. A wide variety of items including build your own omelets, waffles, potatoes, sausage, bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt and dry cereals plus much more. Price was $13.00 per person and you can eat under the palapa or on the beach.

This is not my first time eating Moomba's breakfast buffet. I have had several bad experiences with customer service. The view is beautiful, food is 8/10 and customer service is a 1/10, I had to go look for the waiter several times. Ask her for water and sugar for our coffee. (after 5 mins) She only brought the water and... More

My wife and I went to Moomba twice, mainly because it was close to the hotel so we could get there quickly if we didn't feel like walking too far. The breakfast buffet was pretty good-a mix of sorts of things. The staff were courteous. The best part about breakfast, though, was the all you could drink mimosas. I loved... More

We enjoyed the buffet as they made omelettes / eggs to order. The service was a little slow, but then again you are looking at the ocean to start the day so not in a real hurry.
