You can't go wrong with the grouper on Aruba!

Grouper was recommended with the butter and lemon sauce and was excellent. So was the seafood pasta, spicy enough without burning a hole in your stomach. Nice elegant atmosphere in the indoors section and a surprise - on a big screen are showing "ancient" videos from the 60s and 70s! Outdoors... read more

Stopped in for an early dinner. I had the shrimp fra d'alvo that was very good. My wife had an app for her entre', the cheese & spinach ravioli. She found this dish too cheesy. for a desert I tried the creme de boulet. It was very poor. It was almost a liquid!

A cute little spot with average food and average prices. I have gotten a lot more food at better prices in other restaurants. Nice if you want a small casual dinner.

I feel like this is a recurring theme, but the seafood in Aruba is simply to die for. I had a seafood stew at Carambola when we were here on a previous visit, and my wife had a piece of fish that would put any piece of fish in the USA to shame. There is, quite simply, no comparison between... More

Like most restaurants in the low-rise area, Carambola has both in and outside tables. The night we were there everyone was in the inside area, which is nicely decorated. I had the best single dish, a superb bouillabaisse, that I ate during a 12 night stay in Aruba. The menu is varied and thus their are items that are attractive... More

Situated in the low rise area next to paradise beach villas. Opened in late 2013. Something on the Menu to suit everyone and not as expensive as some restaurants. On our list for next year

Peanut soup appetizer is a must. Catch of the day was grouper caught that day in a coconut curry sauce - Excellent She had tender calamari and then a light, light shrimp tempura for the entrée - excellent as well Service was attentive but not obtrusive. Music and videos of the '60s was playing and brought back memories! All in... More

Ate at Carambola last night. Like others we are trying to find new places. We focused on the local dishes like the peanut soup and the Keshi Yena. Main course for me was Red Snapper and wife had a shrimp dish. Other table had wonderful looking pasta dishes. Our main course tasted average but the appetizers and service and atmosphere... More

Indoor, out door dining. Indoor seating very elegant. Beautiful dining area. Service was very good. We though the food was only ordinary.
