The selection and variety of menu items was outstanding. Always the ambience and service is outstanding and the food compliments that. Host Martin is so caring to the customer that you need to experience his graciousness. Our waiter Davy was not only super friendly but gracious as well.

Great service. Food was just ok. Grouper was a thick fat piece. Not very pretty or tasty. A one time for us.

We've been coming to Aruba for eight consecutive years for ~ 20 days each year so we have been to many Aruban restaurants over the years. We saw Carombola listed as the number one restaurant in Aruba on RestaurantsAruba.com when we made our reservations. After reviewing on-line menus, we decided to make reservations and enjoy the Early Bird menu. Sadly,... More

dined here for the first time, food, service and atmosphere were all very good. Would recommend and surely go back on next trip. Pastas were all very good, fish was very good, but was a bit disappointed in the chateau briand. It lacked much flavor and should have been more tender. Maybe just an off night for that particular dish.... More

Staying at PBV, this is and easy choice and a good one for dinner or any meal for that matter. The menu had a good selection of courses. The food and service was excellent. We really enjoyed the place and the atmosphere. Enjoy it!

Heard from several people that this restaurant was a nice find! I agree! Shared the Triple C soup - crab, corn and clam chowder served in a bread bowl! Quite filling. Catch of the day - red snapper or grouper. Had one of each made with an Asian type soy ginger sauce. Excellent - and the fish couldn't be fresher.... More

Good food. Varied menu. Calamari appetizer was excellent as was the bouillabaisse. Cater for no fish eaters too. Helpful staff. Service at a reasonable pace - the plate is not whipped from in front of you the moment you finish a course. Unhurried. Booking advised. Worth a visit.

We arrived for dinner with a party of eight. everybody had appetizer's and entree's. I had the escargot and pork tenderloin, which was cooked to perfection. that was by far the best meal I ever had. Everybody enjoyed their dishes as well. My friends wanted to go to another place for dinner but I managed to persuade them. after dinner... More

The escargot were sautéed and served in mushroom caps with blue cheese. The key lime pie was really homemade and the banana dessert was excellent

Carambola just reopened from their vacation and we were looking forward to it from browsing the menu at the concierge desk at Marriott. When we got there and saw the menu it was very different. They said they haven't sent the new menus out to the hotels even though it's been 3 months. We split salads and then waited 55... More
