Great food and very good service. We had the scallops for appetizer and the duck pasta which was probably the best meal quality wise I ate the entire trip. it was worth the money.

My wife and I dined at Amuse and had an unbelievably good dinner. The view overlooks the hotel zone and is great for people watching. The atmosphere in the restaurant is romantic, but comfortable even with kids. This is not french = expensive. Our meal for two priced out roughly equivalent (just slightly more) to what we would spend in... More

We came here for dinner and had a great time. The food was great and the atmosphere excellent For appetizers, we had veal sweetbreads, the grilled vegetable salad, and the seared duck salad. The sweetbreads were just okay-good, but the grilled vegetables were much better, and the seared duck was excellent. For dinner, we had the lobster roll, the seared... More

My husband and I have been here in previous years and what used to be excellent is only now average. We used to not mind spending the money on what we thought would be an excellent dinner but this year we were disappointed.

I didn't like sitting nearly on the street with all the traffic. My own fault should have know better. The service was spotty the food edible. This is not to be one of my must revisit but overall it was okay.

This restaurant is in high rise area, and is in a high traffic area. We ate outside and it was still wonderful, despite all the cars driving by. Our waitress was so friendly and funny, and the food was fantastic. Highly highly recommend!

We visit Aruba every year for 2 weeks and Amuse Bistro is one of our favorite restaurants since it opened 3 years ago. Our first meal was outstanding. The pan seared Scallops and Maui Maui were cooked perfectly with outstanding service by Natalie. We finished our meal by sharing a white chocolate cheese cake with homemade blueberry sorbet complimented with... More

We read great reviews before our trip and made a reservation on line. The food, atmosphere and service were SO amazing that we came back the NEXT NIGHT!
