This restaurant was recommended to us, so we decided to try something different. Boy are we glad we did! The truffle linguini (appetizer) was amazing and big enough for 2 to share comfortably. The view of the street is perfect. Not too close where passerbys can watch you chew. Main courses were... read more

We were here with friends last night and had an enjoyable evening. Eating outdoors was a plus. The highlight were the short ribs and the tuna (which was an appetizer that the staff made into an entree). Also the halibut was a hit. Wines were very good also. Would recommend this restaurant

We decided to try some different restaurants this year and came across this small quaint restaurant and was amazed with the wait staff, atmosphere and of course the food. They had a glass of wine, soup or salad, entre and dessert for $29 Special. As anyone knows Aruba meals are not cheap. This was a bargain plus excellent

Amuse was our first restaurant in Aruba this year, central and fun to watch all the activity. Our dinner was very good my wife had two Apps the goat cheese salad and the tuna. She really enjoyed the goat cheese salad and the tuna was nice. I had the lobster bisque with tons on lobster meat but I felt the... More

We had an excellent meal. It has a French vibe to the design and outdoor seating. You’re right off the street on patio seating but it's not that noisy. We tried the shrimp with coconut, the goat cheese salad with truffle, the truffle linguine and we found a good wine. The linguine was incredibly filling but very good. Good service.... More

We ate here twice and twice it was very good. We sat outside. We had the early bird special. The grouper was excellent more than once. If you like escarole salad, you would be very happy. The onion soup is a little different, but decent. My rating is based on the happy hour price. I would down grade it to... More

I have to say I live in New York City and this 5 course tasting menu was to die for. I've never experienced such a complex and satisfying menu with wine pairing! Our host, Jesus, was fantastic and paired everything with elegance. We have never experienced such hospitality and we had and a amazing time. If I could give a... More

A very small quaint restaurant with wonderful food. They started us with a gaspacho soup which was delicious. The goat cheese salad is one of the best on the island. I had the fish special and the reason I like this restaurant is you can get some of the dinners in an appetizer size which is perfect for me. My... More

Had dinner at Amuse Bistro twice during our stay. The food is excellent - s delicious creamy onion soup, perfectly prepared grouper, even an amuse bouche to start. Both night we had our kids and they were very accommodating with them. Atmosphere could use a little boost but outdoor dining is nice.
