The setting here was odd.. Tourists walking up and down the road next to you as you eat. The food was pricey and just ok. I had shrimp was extremely salty. We wouldn't return on our next trip to aruba.

This was our 6th trip to Aruba and our 3rd time eating here. They have a good early bird special for $30 which is 3 course plus a glass of wine....we've done this previous years but not this year. Amuse sits in the back of Playa Linda and gets lost with all the more commercial restaurants in that area. It's... More

a great place to eat with wonderful food, excellent service and beautiful ambiance. We had two appetizers and shared a main course, plus a great bottle of wine and a chocolate dessert to die for. Our server was just the right blend of attentive and unobtrusive, answered all our questions, and made great recommendations. The keyboard player provided a romantic,... More

We cooked on our own 700 degree stones. Had grouper. Was fun and very good. Early bird special was $24.95. Good deal and good food.

My husband and I spent less than half the cost of other restaurants (dinner) we went during our week here. For the most part the food was delicious. Service (Christian was our server) was attentive without being overbearing. Limited but still pretty good wines by the glass. Location in front of Playa Linda where you can see all the tourist... We were looking for something different, other than the grouper we'd been eating all week in Aruba. Amuse has a diverse menu with a french flare. Service was great and our server could not have been more accommodating. This is one of the restaurants we will return to on another trip to Aruba.

After recently falling in love with Playa Linda, my wife and I decided to try the restaurant for lunch on the beach at the hotel. Although the lunch menu was limited (can't wait to try it for dinner when we return), there was plenty of choices for us along with "happy hour" two for one drinks. While we enjoyed the... More

This is by far the best food on the island. My family and I eat here every time we are on Aruba. You must try the duck confit pasta, it is to die for. The braised short ribs melt in your mouth and the potato croquettes are hot and delicious. You cannot go wrong with the seafood dish of the... More
