Make sure you make your reservation early! I booked 3 months ahead of time and there was only 1 night available for the 9 nights we were in Aruba. This is an experience everyone should try. Yes, it's VERY expensive (it was $400 for the two of us with the wine pairing, which I very strongly recommend) but it's great... More

this is one of my favorite meals in Aruba. Awesome food, every single dish was delicious and cooked to perfection. Chef Dennis makes cooking look so easy. Glen is also super outgoing and very generous with wine refills. The more you talk to him, the more he's going to give you more wine :) I highly recommend this place, but... More

Anyone who follows me on my social network sites knows we travel a lot and that we like fine dining. It is not often that we find a restaurant that we would give a 10 on a scale of 1-10. However, every once in a while we find one of those impossibly rare gems that suits just about each and... More

A meal here has to be in everyone's top 10 of restaurants visited. 16 diners, one setting per evening, the menu explained as the dishes are being prepared in front of you. And everything interesting, different, and excellent. Go with an open mind and prepared to try something you haven't had before. I rated everything as 5 stars except romance.... More

My husband and I visit Aruba annually and always come with our list of restaurants. We stick with old favorites and add 2-3 news ones each year. This year we were fortunate enough to get a spot at Carte Blanche due to a cancellation. Suffice to say, Carte Blanche will be the the reservation we secure immediately after booking our... More

The menu was diverse starting with a tasty ceviche. The service was good, overall meal pacing was a little slow. Overall it was a really good meal and it's a place I would return to and highly recommend.

This was our first time eating at Carte Blanche and overall it was great. My wife and I found the concept interesting and Dennis (chef/owner) and Glen (bartender/funny guy) pulled it off wonderfully. With only 16 seats, we were curious as to how all of the guests would interact with each other and Glen and Dennis. We were fortunate that... More

Carte Blanche was one of the best experiences we've ever had from top to bottom. Glen (host/wine guy) and Dennis (owner/chef) are friendly, engaging, professional and committed to customer satisfaction. The menu and wine pairings were superb. I don't consider myself a foodie, yet I was open to trying new things and it did not disappoint. I recommend Carte Blanche... More

This was our first trip to Aruba. We dined at several wonderful restaurants but we have to say dining at Carte Blanche was something special. What a way to end a fabulous vacation. The food & service was above & beyond anything we had ever experienced!! My husband did the wine pairings with each course & he said they were... More

Be ready for wonderful food and a long meal, you will be there until at least 10:30p ( seating starts at 7p ). This is a carte Blanche meal meaning you get whatever the chef decides to make but it was wonderful. They have an option to add on wine parings for $79 a person but that is unlimited wine... More
