Authentic Arubian cuisine in an unexpected location

This was some of the best food I have ever eaten. The restaurant has GREAT food, wonderful service and ambiance but it's in the mall and you would not likely think this great cuisine would be located there. Two of the locals recommend it and they were spot on. I particularly loved the "pancake... read more

Unbelievably delicious food! I had the stuffed Gouda cheese and it was wonderful. My husband had the mixed seafood in garlic sauce and it was heavenly! The bar is dark wood, service friendly and prompt and prices very reasonable for the quality of food. Although this was our first visit it certainly won't be our last!!

This restaurant was recommended by a local shopkeeper. We had Keshi Yena, (Gouda stuffed with chicken), Queen's Shrimp (shrimp creole) for entrees and Pan Bati (fried bread) served before. We, being from New Orleans are used to good food and this didn't disappoint. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor of a mall and the waiter and waitress, a husband... More

We wanted to try local food and The Queens was recommended. It is a little hard to find in the Palm Beach Plaza Mall but if you find it you will be glad you did. The bread that the serve is unlike anything we have ever had in Aruba or anywhere else for that matter. Service was spectacular and our... More

This family-owned restaurant serves traditional local cuisine that hits the mark. Mom is The Queen who lovingly prepares the food while Daughter, Varella, runs the show. This flavorful food can't get any fresher and is plated in a innovative and creative style by a friendly and gracious wait staff who aim to please. We enjoyed delectable shrimp in garlic sauce,... It's located on second floor in the mall, not first floor. The mall is off the Main Street where most restaurants are, so it's hard to find. The stews (beef and chicken) are pretty good, others are just ok. Not many diners, very quiet.

The Queen's Caribbean Restaurant has the best mojito that I've had - hands down. The food was also fantastic. It was a bit pricey, but overall, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

We were looking for some authentic local cuisine, and while Aruba has a mix of different ethnicities we didn't want to go to a chain restaurant or some generic ethnic food like Italian or a steak restaurant. We heard about a local dish called Keshi Yanna which is like a chicken stew with melted Gouda on top. This was one of... More

As locals living abroad here on vacation we happen to pass by and were invited in by the friendly doorman. The ambiance was very pleasant and the place wasn't crowded. We received very friendly service from the staff, and didn't have to wait long for our meals. For appetizer we had the escargot, and queens shrimp which were amazing. For... More
