After reading the Tripadvisor reviews we decided to give this place a try. This was a huge mistake. The service was slow and the food was subpar and overpriced. We will not eat here on our next trip to Aruba.

Aruban food generally is delicious...and while this place was good, it did not live up to the hype at all. The food was very average. I'm also not sure what happened, but it took about an hour for our food to come...and there were only about 9 other people in the restaurant! The one nice thing is that it is... More

We were walking around the food places in Palm Plaza. We looked at menus and prices. The menu for this restaurant was offering Aruban cuisienne at reasonable prices. We tried it with no reservation on a Thursday night. Excellent service. Terrific food. We'll go again.

We had a very lovely lunch here during one of our excursions around the island. The service was great, the food was tasty and the decor of the restaurant is quite warm and pleasing. Recommended.

Amazing dishes, There is nothing to be left out in that menu. Do go for the Funchi Hasa with cheese, and the Grouper was on it's top.

Everyone recommend it for local cuisine. The red snapper was dried and fried probably a couple of times because I never had such a dry fish ever and the mama's chicken stew the chicken wasn't even marinated enough you can taste the raw chicken taste. The place is overrated and over priced for the small portion and lack of quality... More

This was a new one for us this year. We were there on 8 October(A Wednesday) at around 6:30 or so and it was dead. The food was very good. Not sure why there was no business. Varella, the bartender, owner was a real sweetie and made us feel quite at home. JD and I had Mojito's to start off... More

Went with our hosts to seek local food and were not disappointed. We had a great meal, sampling different Aruban dishes, everything was served beautifully, the staff very attentive and helpful. They bring the local pan cake, more like a bread of corn meal, wonderful with butter, for the table. We ordered the garlic shrimp as an appetizer - very... More
