Aruban Cuisine

When we arrived at 730 for dinner, we were the only ones there, so we were a bit concerned. According to our hotel concierge, Queen's serves the most authentic Aruban cuisine, so we decided to try it. It's in the Palm Beach shopping plaza, near the end of the high rise area. This was our second visit. The staff is very friendly and happy to describe the dishes. I had Keshi Yena and my husband had Grandma's Stewed Chicken. The location in the mall near the high rise hotels is an easy walk.

The best authentic food I have ever tried. The service was amazing. Definitely coming back here next time in Aruba.

I really wanted to write a great review for this restaurant. The people were so nice. But the food simply is not there. Attentive service, Aruban cuisine. Nice decor. Ordered red snapper, came out like rubber, unable to cut with knife, sent back. Got grouper, ok but too salty, veges and sides ok. Dry meal. Kitchen needs to cook fish... More

Poor location on the second floor rear of the Palm Beach Mall BUT worth seeking out. Have been going here every since it opened in downtown and then moved to Palm Beach. Very friendly staff and owner. Really home cooked specialties worth experiencing. Good prices. Can walk from the high rise hotels.

Ate there yesterday evening and food was amazing. Had the shrimp in garlic sauce. Presentation was picture perfect.

When we arrived our waitress told us she had put in an order of their local pancake appetizer. It was a unique and tasty preparation of a corn and wheat flour cake served with an onion and vinegar relish. This started our evening nicely, but the main courses were very good as well. Our party enjoyed a combination of different... More

I went to dinner with my sister and my Aruban friend, we walked in and the maitre d greeted us and took us to be seated, he sat us down in a table for 2 people and proceed to set up another placement at the side for us (I was confused and sat down, I looked around and there were... More

After reading the Tripadvisor reviews we decided to give this place a try. This was a huge mistake. The service was slow and the food was subpar and overpriced. We will not eat here on our next trip to Aruba.

Aruban food generally is delicious...and while this place was good, it did not live up to the hype at all. The food was very average. I'm also not sure what happened, but it took about an hour for our food to come...and there were only about 9 other people in the restaurant! The one nice thing is that it is... More
