Unpretentious and good

Located in the front garden of a cozy little hotel across the street from the beach Tulip is up there with the big boys when it comes to preparing and serving grouper. Service is efficient and helpful in accommodating small deviations from the menu. Décor is simple but gives you a nice feel of... read more

We were hoping for more from this place but the food was only average. Also, the prices were more mid range than the guide book suggested so we felt like paid a lot for food that was just OK. My husband got a seafood meal of some kind that was all very overcooked and rubbery. Although the atmosphere was nice... More

friendly waiter/host but that's it. Slow service (actually it's very slow all over the island), very bland food, terrible bathrooms.. Very limited menu. To start, we asked for water for everyone, they brought one glass for one person. A couple of us wanted the dutch pancake, but it was just after their breakfast time and the one person that makes... The food was delicious, server was friendly and attentive, good prices too. Its a small restaurant, easy to drive right by, but worth a stop, not noisy and crowded like a lot of other places.

Location was near Eagle beach. Servers are very pleasant. The food was acceptable but nothing impressive, the price was moderate.

Ate here in 2014 and food was wonderful! Returned this year and food was marginal at best. Keshi yena had bones or gristle in it. Chicken-like substance was skimpy and greasy. Staff is very friendly, but we will not return next year.

We had dinner twice while we were in Aruba. Food was okay, nothing spectacular since we can't even remember what we ate. Food was inconsistent. I think food quality depends on who is un the kitchen.

NIce place to relax and enjoy a good meal. The staff is excellent; friendly, welcoming, and professional. The food was well prepared and presented with a touch of local spice and fresh options.

We went there in two, as we have done now for a few years. The place is simple but pleasant. We like their sangria, not in the menu, full pitcher for $ 25 (does not pay to go by the glass); their soup of the day was a creamy fish soup, quite good; the calamari I had as appetizer were... More

We were staying at the Oceania condos and wanted to go to a nearby restaurant on our last night in Aruba. We chose Tulip which is nearly next door. We enjoyed our whole meal! DH had a Caesar salad that had lots of shredded cheese on it which he enjoyed. He had some kind of steak with mushroom sauce cooked... More
