New Year's Eve party was a disaster. The food was inedible. Ad stated entertainment and there was none. The service was even worse than the food. This hotel's food has really gone downhill. The meal was worse than at an all inclusive and the bill was over $150.00 per person.

Although the service and the atmosphere were excellent, the food was just average and not worth the high prices.

Excellent service! The food was mostly good - the scallops a la plancha were excellent but my catch of the day was tasteless. My family loved the steak and the gluten free chocolate cake.

The place is nice on lower level of Hyatt and surrounded with a pond with swans and cascades, a lot of wood decor and live music The service is excellent, mimosas from start to finish but food nothing exceptional for a High Level Hotel like this...just a regular experience. It doesn't worth the almost US$ 50/pp you have to pay... More

the hotel is great. this particular restaurant is mediocre. it's like food at a diner (but the prices are not diner-like). i ordered fish, which was inedible, and plated in a way that seemed lazy. i could not eat it. also, while the staff tries to be nice and friendly, i resent being referred to as "guys". please, spare me... Arrived in Aruba for our annual trip to celebrate our Anniversary. Brought the kids with us this time. As usual we had dinner the first night at our Hotel (Hyatt) and ate at here. Staff were awesome... took the kids to the salad bar for us, cut up their food for them so mom and dad could enjoy the wine.... More

This is a consistently great brunch. Omellettes cooked to order, shrimp, salmon, sushi, top round, Caribbean ham, etc, etc.all great at $51/person. Have been here many times and never disappoints.
