We return many years to Aruba and usually eat at the Hostaria da Vittorio three times during our week there. Great atmosphere. However, this year the first time we went, the food was terrible (we requested that the calamari be sautéed in marinera sauce....no can do). So instead we ordered the octopus....which was in barbecue sauce or tomato paste...inedible. My... More

Hadn't been to Hostari in many years because the food that gone downhill but went back last year and really enjoyed it. This year not so much. Service was difficult The first girl we had barely spoke English which is very unusual in Aruba. We tried to start with cocktails, Kettle One in the rocks and she couldn't understand a... More

This is the 12th time we have had dinner at this restaurant. The food is great and the service top notch, This year, we started by sharing an Insalata Caprese which was very good-the presentation was very nice and there more than enough to share. My wife had the Lasagna which she enjoyed and also had enough to take some... More

Food is JUST ok. Nothing redeeming. So many other great choices on island. Then add terrible service and poor attitude. Don't waste your time or money.

I knew I was in the right spot when they greeted me with "Buenasera". The owner is very Italian. The service was okay, but the food was awesome. They have two homemade pasta selections. I ordered the spaghetti with shellfish, which was very tasty. Excellent pizza as well. I suggest trying it as an appetizer for the table.

Cant think what kept me so long to write this, but this is an excellent italian restaurant. Homemade pasta (you can actually see while its being done) I had lasagna and it was exceptional. I was never a fan of lasagna but ever since I tried it at Hostaria da' Vittorio its one of my all time favourite. Portions are... More

The four dinners that were ordered were all excellent and the portion size was very good. Service was good and dining outside was very nice. The only problem was being double-charged for dessert which was corrected.
