Had a great experience here, once we found the place. Food was outstanding and reasonable considering what your were getting for your money. Will be back again when I return to Aruba More

Having tried many of Aruba's "best" restaurants (many overpriced) we decided this was one of our best evenings. We like a place where the chef/owner (Jose) comes out to discuss how you would like a dish prepared and then comes back to check. Friendly staff, excellent service. Sushi with plantain instead of rice! Unusual and delicious! More

This is a small restaurant with portugese cuisine. Very good food and would recommend it for a relaxing dinner. More

After driving around for almost an hour, we finally found the restaurant, and unfortunately, it was closed -- so if you go at all, don't go on Mondays. We tried again on Wednesday, and we recommend taking a cab, as the streets are not well marked. The ambiance was comfortable and cozy, and the service was fantastic. The chef came... More

Let me first say that the staff are very friendly and helpful. We did have a very good pitcher of sangria but I'm giving this restaurant three stars based on the food we ordered. I had the bacalhau(cod) and my husband had the espetada. I had to search for the cod in my dish as it was non existent. The... More

We got a tip on an elevator at Marriott Surf Club a few years ago, and have enjoyed dining at this "secret" restaurant ever since. Sometimes twice in our 10-14 day annual visit. It appears no too many people know about this superb dining location, and we sort of like it that way. The owner/chef recognizes us each time we... More

Went with family and a couple of friends. José's "sushi" in rolled fried banana is not only a masterwork of creativity, but a delicious treat.; do not miss it!! Service was excellent and warm. My wife's meat with carmelized onions was delicious, but the "roquefort sauce" in my steak was too low in cheese. Nevertheless it was a delightful evening... More

As others have mentioned it was a little challenge to find - checking out google maps beforehand thought it would be a breeze until you hit the one way streets and then lack of signage - thankfully stopped by another restaurant who gladly gave directions!! So glad we didn't give up searching - a cozy and very welcoming restaurant. Attentive... More

First off the retail shops close before the sun goes down, second there are few street signs down town. The restaurant along with a few others that are well reviewed on this site, is several blocks back off the main street. We walked from Renaissance which is located in the downtown retail section. I had Google Maps going on my... More
