Small out of the way restaurant with great food and staff. Escargot in a bread bowl is fantastic! They changed the type of restaurant from sitdown and wait staff to buffet.

Caution: Buffet did not mean you go back as meany times as you want. In this restaurant it means you have a very nice assortment of different foods to put on your plate. Then you give your plate to the staff to weigh and you pay $2 per pound. I couldn't begin to tell what all they had available to... More

The Kitchen and 14Biz present themselves as buffet, but not the all you can eat kind. Borrowing a concept from Brasillian Churascarrias, both places make you pay based on weight...not your weight, but the weight of your plate...and in grams. Tell me, as an American, is 200 grams going to leave you satisfied and fulfilled? My lunch at The Kitchen... More

The Kitchen is a great place to stop for lunch. Buffet has a large selection of salad things as well many hot dishes. You pay by the weight of your plate. Price is very fair. They have both indoor and outdoor seating

This restaurant has a simple but very good business concept...you are charges by the weight of your plate...I had seafood mix, ceviche and chicken pinchos (with peanut sauce)...food was great and so was the service...not expensive at all...reasonably priced

This is a great place to go to get good food to go. You can eat in or fill a container with your choice of entrees that are weighed. Basically, most of the meals are around 10 to 12 dollars. Many locals frequent this restaurant which is located in a strip mall.

Two years ago The Kitchen was one of our favorite restaurants. With their new buffet they are now a favorite for lunch as their hours are 11:30 to 3. I think we ate there 8 or 9 times in the month we were in Aruba. The variety is very good with a lot of seafood which I really enjoy. You... More

We stopped in at the Kitchen to get food to take back to our vacation rental. We discovered a gem with an extensive selection to meet the many dietary needs in our group of 8. Everything was very fresh and tasty.
