Marandi is located near the airport, on a pier, overlooking a beautiful bay and the perfect spot for a romantic sunset dinner. Driving to this location, there are a few signs but it is tricky driving through a residential neighborhood. There is ample parking and there are stairs that take you down into the beautiful, large palapa hut over the... More

Don't get me wrong, the food was amazing, but the service was absolutely terrible. I'm usually not a picky customer, but we had to wait over a hour to get our food. What bother me the most was when I politely asked about our meal, since other customers who came in and order at the SAME exact time we did... More

Loved this place since I walked in. Such a nice place! Food was very good and desserts were great too. Perfect place for a romantic dinner. Kind of pricey but worth it. Must visit!

Food and wine still excellent. Service was so prompt and courteous. We are glad to visit here every year. Loved the watermelon and goat cheese appetizer. Terrific presentation on the mahi mahi and the grouper. Prices were reasonable and the view soothing. Would go again if it is still hee next year.

We took 18 people to dinner at 6:30 for sunset and were not disappointed about anything. Service was awesome, food was incredible(I had the grouper with mango salsa, and could eat it night after night it was so good). The atmosphere was everything we wanted for hosting people. Would highly recommend.

We went to the Marandi for our last night in Aruba, expecting greatness....it was our worst experience on the island. Food overdone, poor service! Poor seafood choices and out of the "special." Bad wine choices. The only positive is the quiet meal that is over the water. It was probably quiet because the food was awful. We had reservations at... More

My boyfriend and I recently had dinner at Marandi and were beyond impressed with our dining experience here. The service was excellent. They were so attentive, friendly and spoke English well (as opposed to other casual restaurants in Aruba). Don't be fooled by the cab ride to the restaurant, as it seems like you are driving through a residential area.... More

Reports of the potential demise or change of this restaurant come as no surprise. It was inevitable given the decision to move several years ago to their current location in a difficult to find area that required descending a rather steep set of stairs to get to and was totally not handicap friendly. The area was also frequented by mosquitoes... More

Marandi has been one of our favorite restaurants in Aruba. We usually make 2 trips to eat on each vacation. The food is excellent , service is great and a reasonable wine selection make this a keeper. We recently learned from the staff that the fine dining is going away and it will be replaced by "Arubaville" ya "cheese burger... More

My wife and I have been coming to Aruba for three years now and were introduced to Marandi on our first visit to no disappointment. We have continued to go each time we visit Aruba and this year we just completed a second visit as we learned Marandi will be changing concepts to a new place called "Arubaville" or something...
