I always look forward to eating at the Driftwood. All these years we have never been disappointed. Called ahead and asked if they had barracuda which they did and they saved two dishes for us. Excellent as always and the staff couldn't have been more friendly. Will eat there again.

On a recent visit to Aruba, we had the oportunity to eat at Driftwood. Even though we had seen mixed reviews, we decided to take a chance on the recommendation of the bellman at our resort. Since it was in town, we had to take a taxi but ended up being well worth it. We were told to ask for... More

Just okay. Nothing good or bad to say really. Just okay. The fish is fresh and the dishes are uninspired but they cater to large groups and they are accommodating and attentive. Just mediocre. And sometimes that's all you need.

We absolutely loved it!! Everything was so fresh, nice presentation and a relaxing atmosphere. I had the French Onion Soup for my appetizer and it was the best I have ever had would Love the recipe. This was actually the best seafood we ate all week during our 7 day visit. We will definitely return on our next visit to... More

My husband and I ate at Driftwood in early August 2015. We had been fishing on the Driftwood boat earlier that day, but didn't catch anything due to rough seas. The owner still offered us the special catch, mahi mahi, prepared five ways. That mahi mahi was hands-down some of the best we've ever had. The fish was so good... More

On our last night in Aruba, we went to this restaurant as recommended by our hostess. I had the Mahi Mahi and my wife had the Red Snapper. Both fishes were excellent and the cheesecake dessert topped it off. Friendly service and atmosphere. We had a great last evening.

We went there specifically for the seafood. From the outside you would not be able to tell the delights in this tucked away gem. The fish was great and the scallops were delicious. They also offer fishing charters were u can catch your own food. The table next to us went and said it was great. So much fish they... More

I'm not a huge seafood fan so I was a little concerned about finding something I would like here. The catch of day were wahoo, mahi mahi and tuna. I tried the wahoo and it was perfect - not at all fishy and light and flaky. I had it Aruba style and it was great! My son had lobster and... More

The freshest fish on the island.....and why wouldn't it be with their own boats that go out daily right near by! Great portions - great service. EAt there at least once or twice during our 2 week visit every year.
