We went here with a group of 7 without reservations. We ended up very lucky because we went early enough in the evening they were able to seat us right away. Much later in the evening without reservations, I am not sure that we would have been seated. We went here based initially on recommendations from 3 different taxi drivers... More

El Gaucho is always a restaurant that we return to whenever we are in Aruba.. Our Wonderful Waiter "Oslin Vrolijk" is the best... If you want a friendly and efficient waiter, you want Oslin. The food is delicious and melts in your mouth. I had gotten the ribs this time and they are absolutely wonderful... the food is cooked to... More

We were expecting great things from this place having received lots of good reviews, but sadly a little disappointed. The food was good, steaks are big, cooked well as long as you like them on the rare side, the chicken Caesar salad is great, ask for more dressing as it's very tasty, great shrimp and hubby loved the 48oz sized... The place is very nice. The staff is courtesy, friendy. It's best to reserve your seating. The steaks are out of this world good. You would definitely not be disappointed.

If you're vacationing in Aruba, don't miss dining at El Gaucho. I've been here 8 times and never had a bad meal. The steak is like nothing I've had here in the US. My family loves this restaurant. I would dare say it's the best Aruba has to offer.

WE had not visited there on our previous visits but this time we had to go. We were happy with the food and wait staff was great. The only issue we had was the level of noise in the rooms. This may be normal for this type of venue but just a little bit much for us. We may go... More

My wife and i headed over to El Gaucho based on recommendation from family. We ordered a sampler steak platter and the Skirt Steak. The sampler platter wasnt that great. Had a few interesting choices but overall the meat itself was just so so. The Skirt steak was actually very good and i enjoyed the seasoning they had on it.... More

This was our 5th trip to Aruba and our 5th visit to El Gaucho. I cannot imagine being in Aruba and not dining here. Once again, the restaurant surpassed our expectations. We were seated immediately, even though it was a Saturday night. Our server was excellent. We started with the empanadas and a avocado salad. We shared the Argentinian grill... More

First trip to Aruba and can't wait to go back, it was great. We were told by friends that we MUST go to the El Gaucho restaurant and boy were they right. We planned to walk around "downtown" for a while before our reservations but by the time we got there it seemed like they had rolled up the carpet... More
