Definitely bring an empty stomach!!!! Wow, such flavor! A huge thank you to the Miriachi guitar players...you brought my wife to tears (happy tears)!!! Also, if you need a taxi definitely have the manager hail you one..she knows how to get one!!!

Normally I order the Gaucho steak, (which is fantastic in itself) but I wanted to try the ribeye. I wasn't surprised finding to my pleasure a steak to die for. The best steak we've ever had!!! Service was 5 star!! Reservations needed. It's very pricey but keep in mind everything in Aruba is. We didn't kind since the steaks were out of this world!!! Totally worth going to.

Do not miss this place in Aruba. Best steak you will ever have. No joke! Order the El gaucho steak. Shrimp was really good as an appetizer.

My husband got the El Gaucho steak. Perfectly cooked with not an ounce of fat. Crusty all over. Plentiful sides!! Choose 3!!! I had the pork tenderloin!!! Delicious!! I loved every side sauce the had on the table!!!! We return every year!!!!

After going to elgaucho for the past 25 years plus , I was surprisingly disappointed in the he food. Last year was also not good as my elgaucho steak was not cooked right and did not taste good either. This year I chose the filet and was very disappointed.
