Upon entering the restaurant, you’ll experience a real sense of occasion and a heartfelt welcome. Be prepared to enjoy the elegant, tropical surroundings of the dining room and bar. The atmosphere is both irresistibly alluring and beautifully romantic. Relax and enjoy a seamless dinner, complete with a supremely polished and personalized service from your host Philippa and the rest of the staff. It will be hard to choose from the medley of outstanding cuisine, but the Antiguan lobster dishes come highly recommended. The handcrafted desserts are always to die for and genuine wine lovers will be impressed with the superb range of French vintages and Champagne.

We went here because it is claimed to be the best restaurant on the island. When we arrived I found it quite claustrophobic and pretentious. However, having tasted our main course we were both delighted. My husband had a kind of lobster cocktail and I had hot liver salad and both were delicious. However, no sooner had we finished our... It's hard to get a smile from Pilippa but all the other staff are friendly and smile. Always popular with the locals on their birthdays. We lost count of how many times they turned down the lights and played the music and clapped! The food however is great. The lamb and the duck is legendary.

Great French food with many local fish dishes. Same calm and elegant service in a delightful atmosphere. Best Old Fashioned Rum punches on the island

We visited Le Bistro very recently and having been told it was one of the best restaurants on the island we decided to ignore how expensive it was because of course the food would be great. Our starters to be fair were very nice (they required no cooking however) it was the main courses that were awful........... My husband ordered... More

This restaurant is difficult to find, being in a badly-lit residential area near Hodges Bay. Of course the taxis all know it, but if you are driving yourself, go in daylight first - it is worth it. The food is excellent and the ambience delightful. More expensive than most, but good value for the quality.

We went to Le Bistro on Valentine's evening with 6 friends to celebrate a 25th wedding anniversary, the restaurant was fully occupied and the service mirrored this. As supposedly the best restaurant in Antigua the food was not up to that rating in my opinion.

I live in Antigua, and every once in a while I want to go out to a nice restaurant to relax and have a good meal. Le Bistro has become one of my top choices. The food is fantastic, the ambience is wonderful, and the service, magnificent!

Wonderful food, service and venue. Le Bistro is a must go for visitors to Antigua. A little more expensive but worth every penny.
