My husband and I had the pleasure of dining a few times at Cambusa during our stay in Antigua. We stayed at The Catamaran Hotel next door to Cambusa. I'd like to start by saying that we felt very welcome at Cambusa. The owners and employees were always friendly and gracious. We felt very welcome to just come in and... More

Cambusa looks wonderful - an airy deck looking out over Falmouth Harbour, smart tables and settings with a nice lounging area, good Italian food at reasonable prices: what more could anyone want? A nice drink at a reasonable price, and that is the sting in the tail. We were not offered a written drinks pricelist to read at our table,... More

Living in the northeast and growing up in an Italian household we know what good Italian food is and we found it a Cambusa. It was so good we went back twice during our stay. The service was excellent as well. Marsha remembered our names and our drink order as well as the way my daughter liked her pasta. Laura... More

Stayed on a boat on Catamaran Marina just opposite this restaurant for a few days. The menu is about quality not quantity. The homemade pasta is outstanding as is the focaccia. Not cheap but not outrageous either. The staff make this place, particularly Marsha, who remembered our name a week after we first went there! If you're in the area,... More

We ate here twice while staying at the Catamaran Hotel next door, and loved the delicious, authentic Italian flavours. The welcome was warm, despite not having booked the first evening, and a table was soon magically found in the fully booked restaurant. Great service and food followed and we returned a few nights later. All washed down with a delicious... More

We agree with many of the other reviews. Cambusa is traditional Italian and the owner is lovely. We had a walk down the pier and enjoyed the atmosphere tremendously. If you like Italian the other really wonderful casual pizza place is just down the road....they also have a bakery out front. It was without a doubt the best pizza I... More

Our group of 8 had the pleasure of having dinner at Cambusa last week and it was really a treat. The lobsters are pulled fresh from the trap when you order and they were great. The appetizer of assorted fresh pastas was equally as good as was the salads. Our group can be a little picky but they could only... More

Attached to the Catamaran Hotel, Cambusa was terrific. Really good food, well prepared. Maybe not the most extensive menu, but definitely worth the trip!

My wife and I visited restaurant recently. We were informed by the server that they had no local lobster or snapper available. Shortly after we ordered food we saw they had lots of lobster available. The Italian owner rudely dismissed my complaint and said they never know their availability until the last minute. After dinner I requested change of a... More

We enjoyed a leisurely lunch at Cambusa overlooking the harbor and marina. The seafood soup was excellent except for the addition of too much salt. My wife's lobster salad and my fish entrée were also excellent but again had too much salt. The service was just fine. We asked for plain water and were served bottle water which was billed... More
