Eight of us went to the Valley Bistro New Years eve. Seven had Fish and Chips and loved it . One had a burger and said it was the best burger she has ever had. Service was outstanding and Susan the hostess was very helpful. We all plan to go back.

A lovely restaurant that has an art gallery in it as well. A group of us ate there New Year's Eve and had a wonderful dinner. The roast duck that my husband and I had was excellent. Tonight we all decided to go back for Friday night fish and chips. It was delicious! One of the best fish and chip... More

When our usual breakfast hangout was closed we looked for a substitute. We selected the Valley Bistro and what a winner. Four of us had a variety of coffee - hot and tasty. We were given a copy of the menu that proved to be artistic, comprehensive and colourful. I opted for the fresh fruit that was beautifully presented: sliced... More

Nice meal, friendly service. Would go there again. The Chef came to introduce himself which added a nice touch.

Food quality, menus options, service and hours are great. Salad Nicoise is my favourite, wish it was on the breakfast menu. Mostly kidding. Many might drive by without noticing on the main road but enough know.

The Bistro's meals are simply and reasonably priced and delicious. Sondra's gorgeous body and pleasant service only adds to the experience.

We were driving around AXA and stopped in to look at some of the local artwork and found the Valley Bistro to have both beautiful art and food. it was about 89 degrees in the early afternoon and the shaded sitting area gave much needed relief. I had a Nicoise salad with rare Tuna and my wife had a Cheeseburger.... More

On a day trip to Anguilla from St. Martin; we discovered this charming restaurant/art shop. Nestled in a small cove on the side of the Valley Road, Valley Bistro is a charming marriage between the laid-back lifestyle on a tiny, non-commercialized British island and the masterful culinary skills of Scott Hauser, an expat New Yorker who at the tender age...
