Great place for a coffee and breakfast. Staff is very friendly and internet is high quality. Lunch specials are also inexpensive for Anguilla.

Menu has changed. But the food is still awesome. Justin was a great waiter and took the time to hang with us. Pizza with bacon is a great choice!

We visited this weekend where Roland is working hard to create a magnificent new collection of "Plein Air" paintings, watercolors and pastels, all painted on location on Anguilla, to debut exclusively at Scott Hauser's historic Old Factory. It's becoming a very exciting place for everyone with the Valley Bistro and the Stone Cellar Gallery open every day, their live jazz,... More

This is our "go to" spot when we are in Anguilla. It is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner plus the kitchen is open late. The food is spectacular and prices are incredibly reasonable for Anguilla. We dined there probably five times in the 2 weeks we were in last in Anguilla. One day there was a salmon entree with... More

We stopped by the Valley Bistro one morning to have breakfast. What a find!! We've been going to Anguilla for four years and this is the first time we've eaten here. We usually cook breakfast at our condo. We loved it so much we went back a second time. Their French toast is the best I've ever tasted! It was... More

Excellent small restaurant in The Valley. Right off the main street with amble parking. Easy access. Has a good breakfast and lunch menu. We ate lunch and had the hummus appetizers - excellent. For a quick convenience breakfast or lunch, this is the place.

After a long day of traveling we stopped at our favorite eatery, The Valley Bistro. The salad nicoise was first-rate and another customized vegetarian meal was exceptional. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the prices are unbeatable! Love the chalkboard specials that keep us coming back all the time! We love the music on Fridays and Saturdays too.

After eating at several restaurants on the Island of Anguilla, we started asking everyone we ran into where they got a good meal. Valley Bistro was the choice of several---so we went. We were met by Justin , who in our opinion, was the nicest, and most welcoming person we met at any of the other eating establishments. Our choices... More
