Ate here tonight on a recommendation from a couple we met at the beach. Staying at the Carimar and it was just up the road from us 1/2 mile at most. What a cute place, reminded me of an old southern home, we were greeted by Lucy herself and we opted to eat on the porch outside, decorated very cute... More

My wife and I had two delicious lunches at Lucy's ... while enjoying her charming hospitality. Her homemade pumpkin soup was so good, we tried it twice. Her "secret recipe citrus" salad dressing was light and refreshing ... and made for a nice accompaniment when soaked-up in her uniquely shaped Johnny cakes. Overall. a very pleasant dining and cultural experience.

We always go see Lucy on our trip to Anguilla. She is off the beaten path but it is worth finding. Best Rum Punch on the Island! The food is good and the atmosphere charming just like Lucy!

I wouldn't have known to come here except for the previous reviewers - so, thanks! Had a really tasty meal which I enjoyed on her charming covered outdoor patio. Why more people weren't there, I don't know. I believe nice johnny cakes were served with or right before my fantastic chicken soup, perfect for a breezy and slightly cool evening,... More

Tried the grilled Mahi Mahi in creole sauce with fried plantains and rice with peas. Excellent! Rum punch was exactly that..a nice solid punch that made us really happy on a cloudy afternoon. Lucy personally prepares and serves the food as well cocktails.

A small homey place to sit on the porch and have some WONDERFUL home cooking. Lucy is wonderful, friendly and will give you a big hug when you leave. Excellent snapper.

We thought we would try this restaurant since it was so close to where we stayed. WOW! It was one of the BEST dinners we had in our nine nights. Lucy greeted us and also cooks your dinners. Desserts are home made by her as well. Hubby had the special, Snapper with Garlic Shrimp and then I had just the... More

It is not very often that you have the owner of a restaurant serve you. We went to Lucy's restaurant and had a delightful dinner. It was fun too because Lucy chatted with us telling us about the island, the people, places to see and some bits of island history. Great lady and wonderful food.

Although this restarant is on a side road, away from the beach, the food is quite good and an absolutely authentic demonstration of the local flavors. We met Miss Lucy's grandson serving at another restaurant and followed his recommendation to visit his grandmom. We were not disappointed. The fish soup was great as were our main fish dishes. If you... More

Lucy's is on the road to Mead's Bay, and this makes it an easy choice for lunch after a morning at the beach. It is one of the numerous "lunch bars" (my own category) on Anguilla, which really should not be compared to the "full-size" restaurants of the island, some of which are extremely famous and equally pricey. Lucy's a cute... More
