Really good food (eg crayfish in coconut rum sauce) on a stunningly beautiful beach!! (Good rum punch too!)
I would recommend the chicken pita with a beer very good. The service is quick and the waitress pleasant. Very nice view on the shoal bay beach. Enjoy!
We took the ferry over to Anguilla from St Maarten for the day. As soon as we got to the docks we boarded the cab and headed to Shoal Bay. They dropped us off for the better part of the day here, and we couldn't have been happier. We were immediately met for chair rentals and were waited on constantly... More
Truly one of the best on the island. Amazing food prepared by Chef Fabrice. Mahi mahi kebabs are still on my mind. Best tartare of our week in Anguilla. Profiteroles are worth every calorie. 2 lunches and one dinner at least during our annual week in Paradise. Love Lucy and the rest of the crew. Excellent meals for more years... More
I've been coming to Madeariman's for years, and I'm happy to say, it is definitely my favorite place on Shoal Bay. Where else can you have wonderful food at a sandy beach shack? Great for lunch or dinner, Madearaman's has a great menu for whatever you're in the mood for - from a full French lunch with rose wine to... More
This is the best option for excellent food right on the beach at Shoal Bay! Just steps away from your beach chair on the World's #1 beach!
Don't let the looks deceive you. It may look like just another beach bar/restaurant, but the food is good enough for any fine dining restaurant we've ever been to (and we've been to a few). The hosts are warm and friendly, and greet you like an old friend. The setting is extraordinary, as it is literally right on Shoal Bay... More
We made a day trip to Anguilla from St. Maarten. Shoal Bay Beach was peaceful and gorgeous. But Madeiraman was an outstanding place to have lunch. It is right on the beach and the fish burger was fresh Mahi Mahi and the strawberry daiquiri was so refreshing. The service was the best. I would highly recommend this restaurant.
We were ready to grab a quick lunch and happy to see a good trip advisor rating posted outside. I had a tasty swordfish and a great rum punch...others in our group were pleased with their food. Service was fine.
There are not that many restaurants to choose from on that beach. There is nothing negative to say about this restaurant, but it was not a WAU experience either. The menu had the same daily fish and cesar salads like may other restaurants. I took fish salad and that was really good: in tasty sauce fish and side salad. And... More
