OK, but could be better

My wife and I tried Casa Marikit. We took the Jeepney from our hotel to the restaurant. The directions on the website were no where close to the location of the actual restaurant. The Caesar salad was excellent. The Minestrone soup was ok, but lacked all of the proper ingredients to make it... read more

Had lunch here during our sight-seeing around the city and we were quite satisfied with our meal orders. Food was great, ambiance was okay. Definitely worth the money spent.

Ate here with my husband on our way to Taal Town. We ordered a salad, appetizer, 1 entree each and the panna cotta. Serving size is huge so be mindful when you order. Arugula salad with pear was good. Gambas is not what most Filipinos expect. They serve it ala pomodoro and use large shrimp. My husband ordered a steak.... More

hidden haven of sumptuous food in Lipa, Batangas.. the ambiance is definitely wonderful..there's an option to dine in their antique shop gallery, we did a short tour while waiting for our meal and it was really cool! the food are pricey but reasonable :) TRAVEL TIP: the location in most of the map online is incorrect, go straight further, about... This restaurant gave me a taste of heaven. Before I don't like pasta in cheese but this restaurant totally changed that mindset when I had their best selling homemade pasta. Am looking forward to eat other homemade pastas in the menu. Also, I find it really wanting to come back as the ambiance is perfect for conversation and enjoying good... More

My husband and I decided to celebrate our civil wedding reception at Casa Marikit Italian Restaurant last May 21, 2013. The place was so perfect for a very intimate fine-dining reception and family bonding experience. The good ambiance and great taste of their food gave us the reason to celebrate our very special day here. The people are so warm... More

Servings were big. Steak was good, but the pork chops are a bit dry. However since we ate vegan food for 2 days in The Farm, it was good to eat meat again and so we didn't really care that much. I hope the next time I visit it would be a better.

We came for lunch on a Sunday. My husband brought us there as a birthday surprise. Casa Marikit is Spanish-sounding, so I was expecting a fusion of Spanish and Filipino dishes. The interior would tell you otherwise. It is tastefully designed and every inch Italian. I loved the wine barrels and wall decors. We were seated right next to a... More

Yes it's expensive but the food is delicious. We enjoyed eating our T bone steak, gnocchi, and margherita pizza. Even their fruit shakes (grape shake is the best) are delicious. The ambiance is commendable but I hope they'll add more in the garden area. Perhaps they can put outdoor seats to those who want to eat al fresco. For me,... More

This exquisite Italian restaurant is certainly worth a stop when in Lipa. The owners must have been obsessed with Tuscany as you can see that the details of the interior and facade of the restaurant are spot on. We were a group of 20 on a Saturday lunch and all of the dishes we ordered were very good and flavorful.... More
