We ate at the Yellow Hibiscus a couple of times over our week in Rarotonga. Despite the fact that there were only two other tables occupied on our first dinner, it took us over an hour to be served our meals. The second night, we didn't anticipate eating there but torrential rain stopped us from heading up the road -... More

We managed to get in two Friday nights happy hours and it was great. A terrific duo one night and a solo lady the other, drinks well priced and the meal was good, bar staff lovely

We did not have a reservation but the place was not busy. They substituted all fish dishes with wahoo which was disappointing. Service was rushed and the kitchen seemed disinterested. No reason to return.

Too much prepared food. BBQ night included buffet which was not too good. Not a real foodie type place.

The Yellow Hibiscus restaurant opened dinnerservice at 6 pm. It had been great if it had offered dinner one hour earlier.

I am sorry but I can't recommend this restaurant. We turned up and were ignored. We were the only people in the restaurant. Finally we got their attention and obtained a table. The service really wasn't any good. They weren't at all professional. The 'mean burger' was nice. The dessert was also nice. If they added some uniforms to their... More

Terrible service and downright rude management. A couple of meals were likened to chewing car tyres. Stood there for 5 minutes before we were noticed to be seated and took a further 15 minutes to order a drink. Sent constructive criticism back to the kitchen on two of the meals and this was met with abuse of all 7 guests... More

We stayed down the road at Moana Sands Villas, so had lunch here a few times. Huge salads, yum! It was good food for reasonable prices! A good spot if you stay in the area :)

Great selection of food and they have 'theme' nights which were very entertaining. Thanks. Will be back
