Terrible service and downright rude management. A couple of meals were likened to chewing car tyres. Stood there for 5 minutes before we were noticed to be seated and took a further 15 minutes to order a drink. Sent constructive criticism back to the kitchen on two of the meals and this was met with abuse of all 7 guests... More

We stayed down the road at Moana Sands Villas, so had lunch here a few times. Huge salads, yum! It was good food for reasonable prices! A good spot if you stay in the area :)

We have eaten at this restuarant several times, but you never know if it will change from year to year. We started with a cocktail during happy hour....the deal was bar tenders choice is what you get...the drink was a good size! And the fun people had with this was amazing... No two drinks were the same even at the same.... More

We stayed at Palm Grove and breakfast at The Yellow Hibiscus was included in the tariff. There was a large selection of different cereals, fruits and breads as well as banana and lemon breads. It was all fresh and the breakfast room is big, airy and bright.

Yes the service is lacking just as the previous reviews state. Had to try it out not once but twice! I would give service about 4/10 but the food is tasty. Hubby got hooked on Pork belly.. I had the Parrot Fish one night, overcooked beyond belief.. I probably would go back if I was staying in the area again.... More

We were staying at the Palm Grove Resort where this restaurant is located and were told by a couple who were staying there that they were "eating their way through the menu" as it was so good. Instead of having nibbles and wine on our deck, we decided to have dinner there and we were not disappointed. It was a... More

A five-minute walk from our unit at the Moana Sands Villas, this open-air cafe serves up fresh local fish in generous portions. The two of us split a main (the Kamura Stack) and an entree ("appetizer" to us Yanks) -- coconut-marinated raw tuna, a sort of South Pacific version of ceviche. Both were tasty and very fresh, with a pleasant... More

We went here without a booking. We ordered our meal which arrived very quickly and it was one of the best . Considering the staff fitted us in I thought it was excellent service and the pricing was reasonable. We both had grilled marlin on a Kumara stack which was cooked to perfection. A nice setting with tropical plants and trees... More
