We stayed at Palm Grove which is where the Yellow Hibiscus is. We tried the food on our first night as a benchmark for the restaurants we would try, and ended eating their on our last night. Don't get me wrong the food is very good, but we found better places to eat. Which is extraordinary on this tiny island... More

We dined at Yellow Hibiscus twice when we holidayed in Rarotonga. The food is great. The staff are friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is relaxed and enjoyable. I had the Raro Prawns and loved them so much the first time we dined, that I ordered them again on our last night. I was not disappointed. Yummy!

We were in Rarotonga for a wedding. Some family members recommend Yellow Hibiscus. Really good selection for both adults and children. The food was well presented and taste great. We also attended a wedding and had an amazing buffet meal. Staff very welcoming and even stayed open later for us.

The food was fantastic. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Very casual atmosphere. Ideal for couples with kids as well as couples on their own.

We ate here twice during our visit and really enjoyed both our meals and I thought they were great value. I am not sure why this place is not ranked higher. Only small downside was that they were busy and there was a long wait for meals but hey you are in Raro and what is the hurry.

You can always count on the fish here to be fresh and tasty. Drinks are good but a bit pricy. Service is always friendly.

Called in unannounced - it was actually five minutes past closing time - we were hoping for a late lunch - amazing people just re-opened for us! Had a lovely lunch with friendly service - can't quite believe they were so pleased to stay open just for 2 people!

Went here on our first night in Raro as we were told to try the taro chips and they did not disappoint! We did have to wait a while for our food but hey we were in no rush but boy was it worth it! My husband had pork and I had fish of the day which was parrot fish.... More
