We went there for dinner because it was on the street right across the Conrad and we wanted to try something local and different. Well, everything was just straightforward, not much communication during the service, the food was not the best but we were hungry so it didn't matter all that much at... read more

The staff was very nice, but the food was terrible. We asked for a chicken curry and we had a kind of soup with no taste. There was just tiny pieces of chicken in our meal and it was very tasteless ... It was very expensive for the quality of the food provided. We also ordered french fries and they... More

We had a lunch at the restaurant last week, and I have to say that this is the worst restaurant in Bali. We waited for nearly an hour to get our food delivered, and all the dishes we have ordered (Nasi Goreng, Mie Goreng, Seafood Spaghetti) are awful and way overpriced. What's more, the service here is nearly non-exist. I... More

This hotel is opposite the Conrad so convenient of us during our stay though we were initially concerned due to the average reviews it had received. Despite our worries we were pleasantly surprised at the the good standard of food which included satays done over coals and very nice nasi goreng and hamburgers. The service is a little lacklustre but... More

We ordered a meal for two persons. It would been a good size for one. It didn't taste especially good either. Then we tried to get someone to give us the bill without any success for quite some time, before someone finely came to our table. Than we had to wait even longer to actually get the bill to the... Awful. No atmosphere, average food, lousy cocktails, not even sure they had booze in. If you're thinking about going here I recommend you walk another 50 metres north and go the the Queens of India for an excellent curry.

The worst bruschetta I have ever tasted in the world, simply inedible as the tomatoes was actually black (from the balsamic vinegar). Cheese burger and fries were cold, they took the meal back when we complained and it was HOT when brought back to us. The whole lot was microwaved (including the bun, sliced tomato and lettuce). And overpriced. Lucky... More

Place is nice but foods quite bad, cannot say even average. Also staff does not know what they serve. Muslim friend got some dish with pork. Most basic Indonesian food nasi goreng was one of the worst we tried. If you have other options don't try here.

Don't even try the Balinese/SE Asian food. Just terrible. Most of the other diners seemed to be tucking into the continental/European food so maybe that was the safer bet. The wi-fi was not working which was the last straw. And pricey to boot for quite average food.

More of a local feel than the resorts, perhaps more genuinely Balinese food. Good service nevertheless.
