We were a party of 5 who did not have reservations, but the owner/jack of all trades quickly arranged to have us seated even though the restaurant was quite busy. She did warn us that there would be a lengthy wait, as orders were dealt with on a first come first serve basis. She also explained that the food was... More

So the reservation was for 7pm with a 15 min grace period. Reach 7.15pm restaurant empty. 7.30 now come to ask about drinks...no fruit punch..last glass of coconut water. Mojito taste like lime juice. 7.45pm now come to take food order. Still haven't gotten the kids mac n cheese ordered since we reach. Had to ask for water on the... More

Upon arriving we were seated promptly. There were two large groups there and the waitress did offer to take our order first so that we wouldn't have to wait but we isn't even have a chance to look at the menu. I just ordered some regular fries and my boyfriend ordered a drink. It took a long while for everything... More

On December 31st 2013, a group of family and I went to Bamboo Mile for dinner at about 11:2014. It was the worst ever experienced by us. Being there for the first time a prominent news anchor, young Architect, businessman and world renowned IT Web Designer and Developer were treated like the very dogs that walked the streets in that... We dropped by on a quiet November evening and were treated to one of the best burger meals we have had in years. It was perfectly cooked [still moist and succulent], well presented, with bacon cheese and onion, and served with a smile. It is not a cheap place to eat, but not really expensive, and if you don't pay... More

Bamboo Mile is amongst the best dining experiences in the busy southern part of Tobago. The restaurant is one of a number on the main road from Crown Point, but stands out for quality and ambience. The cuisine is basically Tobagian with some added influences and refinement. The menu has a good range of starters, meat and fish main courses... More

I like the ambience but I agree with another reviewer: it is a bit too close to the busy Milford Road and some vehicles can be and are rather VERY noisy! I have been here several times before so the food is ok, but what stands out for me is the mosquitos or is it sandflies(?), and I ALWAYS get... More

The first time I came here I did not know what to expect but was totally surprised to find out the food is above average and bordering on gourmet. The ambiance is good. I must agree with some of the reviews that customer service from the waitresses could be drastically better, it's like they have no experience whatsoever. Don't they... More

I visited the Bamboo Mile in December 2012 on my family vacation. We decided to go there for dinner one night and had the very worst customer service experience to date. We were seated right away and asked what drinks we would like. We all wanted waters, which the waitress brought but we were never spoken to again. We waited... More
