We missed the sunset as we went there after dark, however it was still a really nice place to sit outside and hear the waves coming in. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was very relaxing and welcoming. Our hotel (Intercontinental) organised their free shuttle to pick us up and drop us back so it was really easy to... We didn't actually see the sunset at Le Sunset as we went after dark. But it was still a good night out and a nice change of pace from resort living. It wasn't the owner who picked us up in the white suburban but rather a friend of his. Apparently, they swap places for a month or so in November... More

Stayed at the Intercontinental Moorea and were recommended this place by the concierge. They picked us up and we were just a bit late to catch the sunset, but it was still a beautiful setting. I had the peeled shrimp with the coconut curry sauce and it was to die for!

We were picked up by the owner at 5:30 so we could enjoy cocktails and view the sunset before an early dinner. The trip to the restaurant from the Intercontinental is quick and we arrived in plenty of time (except the clouds had other plans). There is a large outdoor deck with picnic tables overlooking a small beach. Inside, the... More

A lovely restaurant with delicious pizza and pasta, and most importantly for me fresh vegetables and salads. The staff are great - extremely prompt service!

My husband's tuna carpaccio was spectacular and my mahi-mahi was overcooked and I fed it to the resident cat. The service was friendly, but maybe a little understaffed. The setting was very scenic.

We went to the restaurant one night (on advice of an American couple we met who told us how friendly and attentive the owner was to his guests). When we got there, there was only our family plus one other customer. The owner made a huge fuss over the single woman at the table next to us, while ignoring us... More

Food was not bad, but nothing to be remembered of I agree with some other reviews. It is better than eating at the hotels that are very expensive, but 2500 for a main that was not anything amazing I find it a lot. The service was a bit slow, but that did not bother us as we were not in... More

As we were staying in the Hibiscus hotel, we gave the restaurant a try the first evening. The mahi-mahi was not good, poisson cru was just average and we had two other dishes that were really nothing to be remembered. The restaurant was full and the service obviously couldn't cope, we had to wait forever. In addition, after eating in... More
