I was there for lunch last Friday. Ordered Sausage & Champ and it was quite dry so I asked the waitress for more gravy. When I paid my bill at the till I thought it seemed high but naive person that I am, I presumed I had been mistaken on the charges. When I got home and checked my bill... More

Went with extended family and they easily accommodated us upstairs. It is a bit noisy but it is a very busy little cafe, was quieter downstairs. A good range of options on the menu meant we all took some time to choose. Lovely fresh ingredients, cooked well. Great portion sizes, we all left feeling very full and happy.

Staff are very friendly, restaurant is spotlessly clean and food is of the highest quality. However portion sizes can be terrible depending on the dish ordered. I certainly recommend steering clear of the corned beef hash! If it was listed on the brunch menu I wouldn't have been bothered but for them to list it as a main lunch meal... More
