The food was amazing worth every penny, was so full after dinner, friendly staff, clean and tidy and very welcoming

Food was nice & arrived promptly even though the pub was heaving as it was a warm day & there was football on. Plenty of seats outside. Staff were polite & efficient. We will be back

Excellent meal, spare ribs starter, tasty, tender bbq sauce was divine. Main Chicken Curry with rice, poppadum, nan bread and mango chutney, as good as I have ever eaten. Not so busy when we came in for lunch. The costs of meals were a bit expensive but the servings were large so they compensate perhaps. It was just over 5-minute walk from the steamers dock.

Very nice friendly pub although at weekends if you want to eat here then book a table as very busy especially if raining, menu looked very good but didnt get chance to eat as was full, large car park and plenty tables outside both at front and rear of the pub

Second visit to eat here, thought it would be better but alas NO. we both had what was supposed to be Beef Madras, turned out just stew, with greasy poppodums. yak !!!
