Food great, company great, live music great, location great, décor amazing! Owners are great too and engage with guests. Highly recommend cocktails on the beachfront outside Waterline followed by dinner - go on their live music nights.

We have always returned to this little beauty, incredible views, and even better food! Show up a little early for dinner and have a drink or two on the beach!

We visit Rarotonga regularly and we love this little place. Wherever we stay on the island, this feels like our 'local'. The menu doesn't change much and is pretty straightforward but the food is fresh, portions are good, the staff are lovely and the location is fantastic. It's our favourite restaurant on Rarotonga.

If you ever come to the Cook Islands this place is an absolute must to eat at. We absolutely loved everything about from the delicious cocktails in happy hour, to the amazing lovely staff, to the scrumptious fresh tasty meals, to the atmosphere overlooking the beach nothing is short of grand. We came here multiple times and was not disappointed... More

We loved this place - the atmosphere, food and people were amazing! It is really great value for money and their cute and friendly cat is an added bonus. :) We're disappointed that we found out about this place at the end of our stay, otherwise we would have been there every night!

Lovely food, service and atmosphere. Only downside was no fans or air con which on a night without a sea breeze can get a little hot. We'll be back!

You must eat here if your visiting Raro. Chris and Akisi have created a wonderful restaurant, the location to die for, as with the sunsets. Have cocktails on the beach and head up to the verandah for dinner. The staff are amazing, thank you Gabby and Chris, Akisi for a memorable 50th. Came back the next night with my partner... More

Spent 2 weeks on Rarotonga and had 5 meals at the Waterline. Great location, friendly service and people, nice food and atmosphere. The music by Island Groove on Wednesday nite was excellent. ( TY Tani & Rose you are very good ! ). Wouldn't hesitate to go back or have a special occasion there. Thank you, Mattw & Penny.
