This is a great spot on the beach front with it's fishing/sea themed bungalow - make the effort to check this restaurant out. Even if it's only time for one of their fantastic cocktails sitting at a table on the sand watching the sunset.

BOOKING A MUST ON WEDNESDAY, live band plays and every seat is taken. Recommend going early and seating on the beach to watch the sunset during happy hour and then later moving up to a table. Band started a little later maybe 8ish but they were great, sung Western and Rarotongoan songs with humour and fun!

Book on a night when they have local music playing and make sure you encourage Chris the owner to sign a song or play the harmonica!! You can dine either on the beach or on one of the decks within the restaurant .

The food was average and very expensive - $18 for 4 prawns! The sauce on my pork was supposed to be honey mustard but the overwhelming flavour was of curry!! The staff seemed complacent and the tables were very tightly packed in - no real room to move. Overall not a good experience.

We have been here many times over the last 5 years, we find it to be excellent, everything from the food to the service and the amazing view from the balcony area, it's a great atmosphere, you can just sit at the tables down on the beach and have a few cocktails or a nice cold beer, the owners and...
