This café was mainly being used by people stopping in to buy take-away food and drink for breakfast and/or lunch. You can appreciate why it is so popular when you order and food or drink; it is all freshly prepared and good quality ingredients are used. The outdoor seating area is covered and very pleasant, even though it is right... More

A lovely little spot to grab a salad box or generously filled bap to go with your out of this world coffee in gorgeous pink cups! Everything is handmade on sight by the owner. Her cakes are wonderful! I am pretty picky about cakes as an avid baker myself, but I can say, hand on heart that her white chocolate... More

Part of the community. Smashing place to take the kids before and during visit to Kelsall. Really adds a great cafe to the area. Worth supporting!

There was plenty to choose from - hot & cold - despite being a quiet, miserable January day. The rolls were fresh, tasty, ample filling & reasonable at £5.75 for tuna salad bap and a bacon & sausage bap with sauce. We chatted to the lady and she was friendly, down to earth and I will definately be going there... More

Call here regularly on my way to work - which I reckon is the best recommendation you can give! Homemade cakes, salads and sandwich fillings - all excellent quaility with generous portion sizes for the money. Excellent coffee. Combine all that with friendly service and you can see why I keep going back. Well worth taking a detour off the... More

Nice sandwiches - only criticism is the rolls could be softer. Lovely cafe but just wish the owner would smile more!

Hi, thanks for taking the time to review. Sorry you find the rolls slightly dry, it has been noted in the passed and I do wrap them as soon as they arrive. They are freshly baked & delivered every morning, sometime they are more cooked than other time and this definitely does effect the lasting effect, but there are very... More

Cycling home in the rain after a wet ride through Delamere Forest, couldn't have had a warmer welcome. Coffee served whilst we shod our wet gear, no problem with sheltering inside and dripping on the floor. Loads of choice for a warm batch and amazing chocolate tiffin refueled us for the rest of the journey. Very reasonable prices, covered by... More

Only visited once mid afternoon, thought I'd see what was on offer, prices seemed high but didn't get the chance to order as was told quite curtly that she was closing, all packed up and closed by 3.45. Suprised that she didn't remain open later to catch school closing times where maybe some Mums might want to relax with a... More

MMMM tricky one to respond to really! You say open late/close early. I say.. open early 8 am (and earlier sometimes), close when trade has stopped at 2.30pm. You say expensive. I say.. £2.60 for fresh bread roll and home-made filling with free salad and free eating in IS great value for money. You say you were spoken courteously and... More
