Nice food, good service but a bit pricey especially stakes. Chairs are a bit hard and people tend to drag them across the floor all the time which is a bit irritating when you are trying to have a romantic meal.

I went with colleagues for a Christmas lunch. It was over £20 and for the turkey meal we got two small roast potatoes on our plates. They then decided to charge us extra for coffee which was clearly shown on the menu as included. They held our money, and decided not to refund the money saying coffee was excluded. Terrible.... Went here on Christmas Day and although we were almost the first patrons there, and the music was a little loud, and it remained a little chilly (even as it filled up), there wasn't MUCH of a Christmassy feel in the restaurant though and the staff didn't appear to have the festive mood. The staff were a little brusque, and seemed... Went for a Sunday lunch as a family birthday celebration. We dropped a cake off as a surprise for after the meal. The food was very good but the service was average. We had two courses each and quite a few drinks between us. We asked for them to bring the cake out, we sang happy birthday etc. then the... More

We were out looking for a carvery and tried a nearby restaurant which was rammo so we ended up at The Bank! It's not a carvery but a friend had recommended it so we thought we'd give it a whirl. I put my nose round the door to see whether there was any room before my other half attempted to... More

Deposit yourself in The Bank and you will be in a large, quite pleasant room where the walls are hung with photos of the locale as it was before cars ruled the streets. Companion B seated herself on the banquette in order to cast her eye over the nicely spaced tables, bar with an extensive selection and the semi- open... More

My boyfriend and I visited for Sunday Lunch after several friends had recommended it. I am a local Bexleyheathian yet it was my first time going and I wasn't sure what to expect. The restaurant itself is very nice looking, inside it reminds me of a Prezzo but a bit more individual. We were greeted with a smile and service... More

I have been here on a number of occasions and taken friends along. I love the food here from the homemade pies to the Steaks. My friend loved the devilled Kidneys. Service always good. Hard to find a good restaurant in this area.
