We visited McHugh's Wine & DIne on Saturday night and had an amazing meal. The smoked salmon appetizer that I ordered was the best that I have ever tasted. Then I had a fantastic rib eye, while my wife had the haddock, which again was great. There is a great selection of beers & wines and the prices are very reasonable.... More

Attended as part of a group for a family celebration. There was 10 of us seated in an area that was ideal for 6 but suitable for 8.All squashed in,no comfort at all. Early bird was cheap but wouldn't call it value for money !Salad with starter and main was exactly the same...few mixed leaves...that was it !Falafel is a family... More

Ordered a steak – it arrived cold and greasy. At least half of the steak was fat or grizzle. Would have returned it but our table was studiously avoided by all floor staff. Won’t be going again – would not recommend it in a million years.

We went here on a recommendation but we were not thrilled, poor service (they were very busy though), poor wine, menu didn´t seem to reflect what we were served and the food was average. Shame.

Myself and my wife visited this lovely restaurant in mid July, and it was a very pleasant experience. No complaints at all, the service was good and the food was excellent and the prices were very reasonable. We opted for the early bird menu which operates all evening up to 9 pm [monday- thursday ] and 5-7 [friday- saturday ] At... More

26/07/2014 I was asked not to write this review; however, I couldn’t hold back any longer when looking at other reviews. We received a voucher as a joint birthday present; the following review is by no means a reflection on the people who gave us the gift and I apologise to them if they happen to see it. I had... More

My family dined again at this local restaurant last evening. Have never been disappointed. Food is always beautiful and served promptly by friendly staff. This is good food at a reasonable price, with a menu that is attractive to all ages and is ideally suited to family dining. The wine list is good, with great value in their monthly special... More

Visited again last night and it was as good as ever. They have recently introduced an extra offer on their early bird where you can have 2 courses each and a 500ml carafe of house wine for a total of €49. We had this and it was great value. I had the mushroom soup with truffle oil to start and... More

We went there on a busy Saturday night. The timing of the service was excellent. We were served the starter a few minutes after having ordered our food (I don't like having to wait too long for the starter), then we had a nice break between the starter and the main (not too long though). The main course was excellent.... More

I would have little hesitation in recommending McHughs, based on a lunch I had there recently. The place was hopping when we landed -- a good sign given that we were there mid-week and that it's tucked away slightly off the beaten track in Raheny. There were some family groups, a few couples and several groups of friends. There was... More
