Star Chef prepairs excellent meals. Best Restaurant at the wineroute with all the castles around. Montiggler Lakes and lake and town of Kaltern

I liked the steaks.The always well-kept enviroment.The locals eating there as well. Most of all the never changing quality.

All very good dishes at this historical restaurant, showing refined technique, lightness of hand, top produce. The restaurant is located in a nice village just outside of Bolzano, Italy. I do not often recommend restaurants but this one I would. The food is fabulous from start to finish and I mean every dish. The price is not cheap, but, to me, the extraordinary quality makes it very reasonable.
