Outstanding meal. Great time. The oysters were awesome. Staff very friendly and courteous even when there is a huge crowd. Will return again very soon.

I love the atmosphere here, especially when there's a band playing at the bar downstairs. My husband really enjoys oysters and he can't find them as good anywhere else other than peg leg petes. Me, not so much an oyster fan but I do enjoy a lot of other seafoods so there is plenty here for me to choose from.

My wife and I are usually in Pensacola a couple times each year and we always visit Peg Leg Pete's. We enjoy their oysters on the half shell, my wife loves the crab legs and my favorite is the mixed grill. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Beer is cold and the food was fresh and hot!!! The Cajun Shrimp was very good, oysters were fat and juicy. Nice place over looks a small marina. Always crowded, get there kind of early or you may have a wait, especially around lunch. Keep your receipt because it's worth 25% off at the gift shop, nice little discount. The... More

Great casual dining experience. The steamed bucket of seafood for two was yummy...lobster, shrimp, crab, potatoes & corn. Our server, Brad, was friendly and attentive. Don't miss it when you are on the island!

This restaurant is very informal with no such thing as a dress code for patrons or the staff. It caters to locals as well as tourists and is very busy. The food is not gourmet but it is very good and quite reasonable. The oysters are served many ways and are delicious. The fish is fresh and the portions are... More

This fantastic experience started with the Shipwreck and Hurricanes, and then went to oysters that my wife, and my son and his wife gobbled up. The main entrees were great and we took some home for the next day.

Best oysters on the half shell in Pensacola. Don't do the gumbo though, unless you've never had a real cajun gumbo. The fish chowder is good, but more like a dip being it's so thick- real thick! We like the place and go everytime we are in P'ville, but not during the crowded season unless we go real late. C'est... More

This place is relaxed and lated back. We sat outside and the weather was great that day. The grilled shrimp were very moist and good. Hubby had the combo platter, fried grouper was flaky and mild, scallops were moist and yummy. Peas were good and so was the pilaf was good- not spicy and hot like some can be. I... More

A typical beach area sea food restaurant. Admiral's Sampler was done well. The seafood gumbo was 90% rice in a liquid with one tiny shrimp. If additional sample of the sea was present it was indistinguishable! No where close to a Louisiana /Texas gumbo. Service great. The garlic butter dip was disappointing. .
