A classic seafood place with healthier alternatives for those who don't care for fried seafood. Had great raw oysters and music at the Underwhere Bar" while we waited to be seated. Very fresh seafood.

This is a great place to eat. The food was very good, the service was a bit slow but good and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing. This restaurant is very busy during peak times and our wait was over 1 hour. The clam chowder was exceptional.

We got there at 5:15 just before the dinner rush and only had a 35 minute wait for outside seating. Very Nice atmosphere w/ live music. Food was just okay though--we ordered chicken Alfredo pasta (sauce had no flavor but chicken was good). We also Tried the Cajun catfish which was season very well but inside was too mushy. A... More

My family and I went here for dinner on July 6th. We had read the reviews and arrived early around 4:15. We were told we would have a 30 to 40 min wait. We did agree to first available seating. Much to our surprise and pleasure our beeper went off in 20 minutes and we were seated inside.. We had... More

Stopped by here on our way to Destin, by a recommendation from a relative. Definitely was not disappointed. They had a grouper lunch special. It was perfectly cooked. The charbroiled oysters were a little overlooked. The fried oysters were cooked great. Will definitely return.

For tourists who are not looking for healthy seafood, this does the job! Mostly everything is greasy. Salads are run-of-the-mill. Nothing superb to write home about. ALWAYS A LINE for lunch and dinner peak hours. GREAT LOCATION and live music is a bonus!

This place is tops with the locals. .And I agree. The wife and I have been eating here for years..the food, the service..pretty cool atmosphere. Their baked Oysters (spicy Lafitte's) are fantastic with right mix of jalapeños bacon, and cheese. Some of the best deep fried shrimp and fish you will ever find anywhere. Need to get there early as this... More

Fabulous place. Oysters every way you could want. Terrific staff and bartenders. You really want to eat at the oyster bar inside if there is room.

I have not had a bad meal there. I could eat every meal there while in Pensacola Beach! Crab legs, shrimp, grouper sandwich, etc. It may be a bit touristy, but not the tourist trap the way some of the other places are. I've tried some of their specialty drinks and they are really good, not like some of the... More

Following opinions of other guests, I decided to visit the restaurant during my nice 2 day's stay in Pensacola. Very nice restaurant, great service, friendly owner(s) and top kitchen gave me a lot of joy and pleasure. This is not "the top" restaurant, but rather place to have relaxing evening with friends after beach activities. The simplest sometimes are the... More
