Maybe it's because this is more of a locals place, and I'm local, but DJs is a nice choice for breakfast or lunch. The decor is not touristy. It's down home decor. The food is not fancy, but it's good and solid. The prices are reasonable. And you'll usually see some of the locals in there chatting over breakfast or... More

We honestly wanted to eat at the Native Cafe because of the good reviews but the line to get in was too long. We saw DJ's, which is just a few stores down, and decided to give it a try. So glad we did because this is where to go to get a good, diner-style breakfast. The menu is basic... More

My kids and I had breakfast here while on vacation, in Pensacola Beach. Such a great pick! It's a small, quaint restaurant with homemade food. Biscuits and gravy were excellent as were their grits. The three of us ate a full breakfast and our bill was only $16. Can't be beat. Will definitely go back when in Pensacola Beach!

Stopped in here to get some breakfast to go. As soon as you walk in, you get that typical greasy spoon feeling from the smell and small eating area. Ordered two breakfasts to go. The food was decent, simple and nothing to write home about.

Tiny, inexpensive, good service, delicious food, not a chain, directly across from my hotel. Loved it.

Our server was friendly and warm. They were out of a couple of our choices. I had a pizza, which I thought was actually pretty good. Prices were good. There was no wait. It's not fancy but if you're looking for simple and well-priced, this is a good choice.

Went by for breakfast, had eaten there before. Always had to wait for table, not today. Seated quickly, waitress took order. Never brought our coffee. Had to ask for it. Breakfast finally came. Hashbrowns ordered with onions, did not have any. Our bacon came later, husband was almost finished eating. I ordered water and coffee. Didn't bring water, I had... More

We were staying across the street and after a long walk on the beach decided to run over and grab a quick lunch. This was a small dive that smelled 'funny' when we walked in but we stayed anyway. Most of the tables were taken but the service was fine. We both ordered a grilled cheese and it was fine... More

Had the lazy day breakfast sandwich and loved it. Other reviews may be negative but if you want local it is a great value. If you want five star, yes dear service you better go elsewhere. I personally enjoyed the place.

I'm not a food critic nor do I complain much about meals...BUT...this was terrible. The eggs we rubbery... the milk tasted bad...the coffee I couldn't drink and had taken back. The portions were small for the price and poor quality. The service was quick but the server was pissy and slamming dishes where we could all hear. Small...tiny seating area.... More
