My wife and I came down here for breakfast on the advise of a friend and it was well worth the wait. We arrived and joined the people outside waiting to get in, and while we usually wont wait like that something told that it would be worth it. The service was great and our waiter knew the menu very... More

Native Cafe was highly rated by Trip Advisor and we concur. I had special for day: shrimp with jack cheesy grits. That was a major taste bud big wow. Wife had eggs Benedict that were beyond excellent. This is a little place with lots of beach art adorning the walls. This place is a "high five"

Not exactly a great ambiance, but they do have great food and interesting diner vibe. They make picture perfect and very tasty pancakes and use a very flavorful sausage. Price is very reasonable and they offer a serviceable cup of coffee. We saw 3 Sheriff vehicles out front for their breakfast that morning and figured it had to be a... More

We have been here at least a dozen times and it is always a wonderful experience... Until today. We arrived around 11:30 expecting to order breakfast but they had already switched to their lunch menu. We decided to give it a try. The kid's menu is limited to very few options (such as peanut butter & jelly sandwich or a... More

It was a pleasant surprise to find this gem. We had lunch there. The fish tacos, the beef quesadilla were sooooo good. The Shoreline Chowder, the big fries, the the key lime pie, the brownies were also awesome. It is a small simple restaurant, but they are able to serve such fresh and delicious food. In our book, it will... More

With that being said, this why I gave it just average. They were out of just about everything, except Ruebens and Hamburgers. So that's what we had. Except they were out of about half their sides, including french fries, so our choices were fruit cup or potato salad. So that's what we had. The Hamburger was good, but the Ruebens... More

I am never disappointed with lunch at The Native Cafe. Many excellent items on the menu to choose from. Thanks for keeping the food good and the prices affordable! I am going to try breakfast there on my next trip. Service is fine and good conversation if you want it.
