Description: The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and private meeting rooms. This Pensacola Beach restaurant, with an air of island casualness, serves the highest-quality cuisine, including the freshest local seafood featured on menus designed and printed daily to take advantage of the local bounty. The atmosphere creates a fusion of the Caribbean and the Pensacola Bay Area. Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy has a passion for great-tasting food and particularly loves working his culinary magic with fresh Gulf Coast seafood. Boaters and beach-goers feel comfortable in shorts and flip-flops at the oyster bar, in the dining room and at the North Drop Bar. The Grand Marlin has a space and atmosphere for all occasions and is looking forward to creating an authentic experience between time and tide.

We're still here in Pensacola Beach and we've already had our first dinner at The Grand Marlin because of the great reviews my husband had read. The great reviews could not be more accurate. My husband had the 14 oz. ribeye steak and after giving me a bite of it we both agreed that this is the first restaurant which... More

It's so nice to finally have a fine dinning option on Pensacola Beach that is not all fried food! It's a gorgeous facility, with top notch steaks and seafood, and a wonderful wait staff. Make sure to get reservations if you don't want to wait.

First time here, it was wonderful. Had the scallops and husband had the grouper piccata. Both very fresh and delicious. You can sit inside or out. We were in shorts and felt comfortable outside. Inside diners were dressed up more. I will go back !

What would a trip to Pensacola Beach without a dinner at the Grand Marlin? Each and every time we make it back, it is a must. This time we ended up eating inside, as all the outside tables were taken. I did miss not sitting outside this time, but either in or out...the food is still the same.....great! With all... More

This restaurant is nestled right along the beach with exquisite views. The oyster options are incredible with my favorite being the Rockefeller which has bacon spinach cheese and hollandaise sauce.

We stopped by for lunch on our trip. The food was great and the service very attentive. The views are amazing looking out over the water. Their online menu suggested quite a few gluten free options but on the day we were there at lunch this seemed more limited, however the food we did have was still great and the... More

Had the lobster fingers for appetizer, it was Excellent, for the entree we had filet mignon that melted in your mouth, cooked to perfection with crab cake that consisted of lump crabmeat that was divine to say the least then to top it off we splurged on dessert, "key lime pie" Oooh LaLa! Our overall experience at this restaurant was... More

This is by far my favorite restaurant on the island. Their menu is printed every day depending on what is fresh that day. My favorite is the Grouper Picatta - also the fresh oysters are the freshest and on Monday's they are 50 cents each - such a deal. Great wine list too. Call to make a reservation on busy... More

This place is a real gem on Pensacola Beach. It is the perfect balance of an upscale restaurant and beach casual. We dressed nicely but there were people in shorts and tennis shoes. You have the option to eat inside or outside on a terrace. Like everyone has said the food is amazing, the menu is printed daily to feature... More
