The Grand Marlin is a place to eat in Pensacola Beach - drive out of your way. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Loads of seating capacity in various ways, bar seating, dining areas, informal, even a club style, all with good viewing of Santa Rosa Sound. The food is excellent - we were in a party of 8... More

We went to this restaurant twice this week because it was SO good! Jambalaya, shrimp and grits and surf and turf were wonderful. The praline basket dessert is NOT to be missed!

I suppose being from New Orleans, I should know better when ordering seafood elsewhere. Outside of my home city, seafood is not done properly. Not everywhere, mind you, but enough so that I usually stay away from it. The one exception here was an interesting presentation of fried calamari with fried corn bits and battered pickle slices. Nice touches.

My wife and I went with friends on a Monday night. Made reservations on line but had to modify due to poor weather which caused airport delays and flight cancellations. Monday nights are 1/2 price oysters and they were some of the best I have ever had. Depending on time and available oysters come from Apalachicola Florida, Texas or Louisiana.... More

This was our nicest meal we had while in Pensacola. We sat inside which doesn't have a view of the ocean but it is very pretty and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Our service was top notch and the flounder piccata was outstanding.

We had the pleasure of enjoying our 46th wedding anniversary at The Grand Marlin on Pensacola Beach. It was a great evening from cocktails to dessert! We sat on the heated veranda section of the restaurant and ordered the Grand Marlin and Blue Marlin specialty drinks of the house. They were strong and refreshing. We were a bit chilly since...
