Description: The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to...
The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and private meeting rooms. This Pensacola Beach restaurant, with an air of island casualness, serves the highest-quality cuisine, including the freshest local seafood featured on menus designed and printed daily to take advantage of the local bounty. The atmosphere creates a fusion of the Caribbean and the Pensacola Bay Area. Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy has a passion for great-tasting food and particularly loves working his culinary magic with fresh Gulf Coast seafood. Fabulous food!

Great food, interesting drinks, and phenomenal service. Couldn't be more pleased. Seafood was very fresh and the chef prints a new menu every day. The view is also one that is not to be missed.

Great servers and consistently good food. Indoor and outdoor dining. A bit noisy outdoors when music is playing. Gumbo is good and steak and wedge salad a treat.

Food and service were okay. Space was big and loud. It was okay for a night out after a day on the beach.

We wanted to try this resturant, but dinner looked a little too expensive. We went at lunch and it was much more affordable. Great atmosphere, great food. Our waitress was very nice and willing to answer questions.

We stayed on Pensacola Beach during Father's Day weekend and since this restaurant received high marks on Trip Advisor the kids and I decided to treat hubby to a nice Father's Day meal. I made reservations online and we did not wait too long for a table. But we were seated outside near the bar. While the view was nice... More

We ate dinner here on Saturday night. Thank goodness we made reservations. This is apparently a very popular restaurant. Loved the appetizers, especially lobster fingers and calamari. Our entrees were great as well and very good Old Fashions which are hard to find these days. Great view. Nice interior. We'll go back whenever we go back to Pensacola Beach.

Atmosphere-check, beautiful view-check, great service-check, amazing food-check! There is literally nothing I would have changed about this final meal at Pensacola Beach. Three appetizers, because we couldn't make a decision...then shared an entree and a dessert! So peaceful compared to some of the crazy places on the island and so great to be able to make a reservation!

Locals pointed us here for an adult evening, definitely worth it. Open air breeze keep us cool, seafood was delicious. Oysters were scrumptious. Tried a variety of different dishes. Be adventurous!!

Great food. Great service. The reservations and front desk have improved since my visit last year. Great wine menu. Steaks one trip. Seafood the next trip. All excellent. FYI the oysters and delicious and the BBQ shrimp is fantastic. Felt like New Orleans. Only complaint is enforce dress code. If you have a dress code and I dress up to... More
