The Grand Marlin Restaurant features a main dining area with a shucked to order oyster bar, exterior North Drop Bar overlooking the beautiful Santa Rosa Sound, and private meeting rooms. This Pensacola Beach restaurant, with an air of island casualness, serves the highest-quality cuisine, including the freshest local seafood featured on menus designed and printed daily to take advantage of the local bounty. The atmosphere creates a fusion of the Caribbean and the Pensacola Bay Area. Executive Chef Gregg McCarthy has a passion for great-tasting food and particularly loves working his culinary magic with fresh Gulf Coast seafood. Good food, pricey and crowded.

The food is very good but pricey. Very crowded like every restaurant near the beach. We had to eat on the patio as there was over an hour wait for an inside table. Would have been fine but the only tables left were in a corner with drapery around them leaving no air flow. Made the splurge not... read more

Always good seafood here in a nice location. Fresh grilled fish is the best. Service is adequate but at times can be lagging. A bit overpriced for what you get in terms of food, but good location and very tasty food.

I suggested a local couples night on Wednesday thinking we would enjoy the "Bar Bites" at happy hour. Meeting friends, who arrived at 5, I learned the Summer rules were different at the bar at the Grand Marlin, so only "Happy Hour " existed. :(( for Bar bites, but hey! I thought, we love the food, let's enjoy! Enjoy we... More

Start to finish, one of the best places I've ever eaten. Beautiful restaurant. Great service, with a great variety of drinks and appetizers, and the freshest, most delicious entrees. I'm in love with this place!

The Grand Marlin was recommended by hotel staff. My wife and I are not seafood eaters so it seemed very limited, but they knocked it out of the park The Blue Angel Chips were great, different The Filet Mignon was so great my wife ate the entire thing The deserts were amazing Stop in for a great meal

Excited to dine here after a year, we had a wonderful meal- Swordfish, Pork, Grouper Piccata, Farmer's Salad, Salmon... All delicious! We love the atmosphere and the wonderful options on the menu... Truly a must-stop kind of place. Only downside was our server and her timeliness- we ordered food after 25-30 minutes and ate over an hour after being sat...... More

This was the best dinner we had while visiting Pensacola Beach. It is pricey, but the atmosphere and food are well worth the splurge! They print their menu twice a day so you know that you are getting the freshest seafood possible-- if they didn't just catch it, it won't be on the menu! The view is also incredible so... More

Outstanding restaurant. The people and servers were incredibly nice. We were late for our reservation due to traffic but they were very pleasant and seated us soon after arrival. The menu is outstanding. Multiple Great choices. The food was served promptly. Great view looking back towards Pensacola Beach. You can sit outside or sit inside. I would not hesitate to... More
