Our party of 7 had hiked the afternoon then was treated to a wonderful meal and an equally lovely staff. The atmosphere was more casual than expected but it did not take away from our experience. Our staff was attentive and patient as 2 of our members was a little slow coming in from the hike. Our glasses stayed filled... More

If you are staying at Zion, this is pretty much the only game in town for a dinner. We are glad that we checked off staying at a national park lodge on our bucket list, but as far as dinner goes, well, the food is average at best (with the exception of the cherry pie). For frequent travelers, you know... More

I would have thought the historic lodge with all it's past glory would be something special. the building in the lobby is. didn't stay there so I can't say anything about the rooms. the grounds were beautiful and there is outdoor seating. the menu, however, is not impressive and more cafeteria type. the staff is mostly friendly. it is worth... We had lunch on the patio and enjoyed a wonderful view of the park. We mentioned to our server that we were going to share and were pleasantly surprised when he brought out a plated half-sandwich and half-salad for each of us. The club sandwich was delicious and so was the salad with fresh strawberries. I was so glad to... More

We stopped for a light lunch after completing Angel's Landing. We ate outside and it was hot--a bit more cover from the noon sun would be good. We had a great view of the park trails across the street. My salad was good. Service is so-so. No internet and no phone. It would be nice if the attached hotel was... More

We had an adequate dinner at the Lodge. The view is unsurpassed which made up for service and food. Everyone is a foodie these days and will try and make the restaurant more than it really is, but the service does not meet the "foodie" requirement. Many young people working at the National Park for the summer and did not... More

The setting is beautiful-the room is attractive. The food is average. kWe don't understand why they can't do a medium rare burger. What made this a negative experience was the indifferent staff. For example, when I asked for something, one of the servers sneered at us and said-its not my job.

I loved my blue cheese dip. It was delicious! But then the pasta with pesto was dripping in pesto and I could barely eat much of it all. Service was good.

We ate on the patio twice. Both meals were very good. The wine was reasonably priced, the service was good, and the food was tasty. My wife had salads, and I had the salmon dinner one night and the salmon appetizer the other night. Dinner was $60-70 with three glasses of wine and one dessert.

We had a great lunch at the Zion National Park Lodge. We were seated on the outdoor deck with the magnificent scenery as the backdrop for our lunch. The food was good, the service was good and the prices were moderate. The lodge is rustic and blends in well in the park as well as making a good stop off... More
