We visited Chez Bison for dinner. The kids were able to hang out in the back with the animals--petting miniature ponies and looking at the buffalo, while my husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine and the view. The food was fresh and nicely presented. It isn't "overly fancy"--just good local ingredients prepared in a modern way. Definitely the... More

My family and I stayed 2 nights at ZMR and we were able to have breakfast and dinner once at Chez Bison. Breakfast - They had a limited menu. We had the oatmeal and the eggs with bacon, breakfast potatoes and biscuits and gravy. The bacon was thick and delicious. The eggs were nicely prepared (over easy). The potatoes were... More

We stayed overnight at ZML and therefore ate dinner and breakfast in Chez Bison. We had booked for dinner before leaving the uk as it was so handy and looked good. Dinner didn't disappoint. The view out over the buffalo field and watching the mini horses avoiding being rounded up for the night were great. We'd definitely recommend it. Breakfast... More

However the view is quite nice. Breakfast was OK but the price was decent. Only did one morning. Stopped at Starbucks. Better,,

Yes, pricey. But I had the bison filet and the beet salad and I would do them both again. Not to be missed is the evening show put on by the new foal, Fearless, and her mother, right outside the restaurant windows. A few buffalo, ponies and chickens in the background and I call it wonderful.

We stayed at the Zion Mountain Ranch and wanted to dine at Chez Bison on the first night as we intended to eat there more than once during our vacation if was good. While the ambience and the service were good, the food was mediocre at best especially considering the price. I had the trout which was good but not... More

Our family of 4 visited on a Tuesday night. The kids had the kids meal buffalo burger ($9) and the pasta ($7). Both of the boys enjoyed their meals. My wife had the buffalo stew ($13) which was really rich and good, in my opinion (I had a few bites). I had the buffalo tenderloin ($42) which was good but... More

First of all, you need a reservation. They might be able to squeeze you in. The decor was cozy, not a lot of space indoor. The service started out shaky, but then got better as the evening progressed. Most things were a la cart, and the food was pricey, which I don't mind, but our ribeye steaks were very salty.... More

We stayed at the Zion Mountain Ranch mid November of this year. Chez Bison is the closest restaurant and we did want to try the food. We made reservations since it was the only restaurant in the area and we didn't want to take a chance that this might be the local hangout. Turns out we didn't need reservations, there... More

Definitely the best dining experience in the area. Fantastic menu, cozy ambience. They could work on the dinner service, but overall I loved every meal I had there.
