However the view is quite nice. Breakfast was OK but the price was decent. Only did one morning. Stopped at Starbucks. Better,,

Yes, pricey. But I had the bison filet and the beet salad and I would do them both again. Not to be missed is the evening show put on by the new foal, Fearless, and her mother, right outside the restaurant windows. A few buffalo, ponies and chickens in the background and I call it wonderful.

We stayed at the Zion Mountain Ranch and wanted to dine at Chez Bison on the first night as we intended to eat there more than once during our vacation if was good. While the ambience and the service were good, the food was mediocre at best especially considering the price. I had the trout which was good but not... More

Our family of 4 visited on a Tuesday night. The kids had the kids meal buffalo burger ($9) and the pasta ($7). Both of the boys enjoyed their meals. My wife had the buffalo stew ($13) which was really rich and good, in my opinion (I had a few bites). I had the buffalo tenderloin ($42) which was good but... More

First of all, you need a reservation. They might be able to squeeze you in. The decor was cozy, not a lot of space indoor. The service started out shaky, but then got better as the evening progressed. Most things were a la cart, and the food was pricey, which I don't mind, but our ribeye steaks were very salty.... More

We stayed at the Zion Mountain Ranch mid November of this year. Chez Bison is the closest restaurant and we did want to try the food. We made reservations since it was the only restaurant in the area and we didn't want to take a chance that this might be the local hangout. Turns out we didn't need reservations, there... More

Definitely the best dining experience in the area. Fantastic menu, cozy ambience. They could work on the dinner service, but overall I loved every meal I had there.

Fantastic location - how lucky to live in a setting like this. Accomodation was great !!, though little hot refreshments, anyways... We had booked a table for lunch as advised to do so by reception. No need, it was so relaxed as only a few were sat, yet tables not cleared including the table we had frequented. 15 mins after... More

While staying at the Zion Mountain Ranch, we enjoyed dinner at the on property restaurant the first night. The menu offers a great variety of fresh items with vegetables from their garden. Watching the sun set, the ducks and ponies grazing and then the arrival of the buffalo for their evening graze was great. Our table enjoyed the ahi tuna,... More

Amazing food...friendly local service. Large menu, mostly meat based, with fabulous sides, like broccolni... Homemade specialty desserts and a large wine list (especially for Southern Utah).
