Good food

The food is good, the staff seem unfriendly and a bit cold shouldered. It is one of two restaurants in town. The other is better in my opinion both in quality of food and friendly staff.

We ate here twice. Once for lunch and once for dinner. Both times the service was great. We had a seafood pita sandwich and veggie burger for lunch. Both were OK but not great. For dinner we had the local beer which was fabulous and pizza which was very good. Nice atmosphere and Great historical photos on the walls. Worth... More

I was glad to see the rainbow flag fly in this itsy bitsy town and I was grateful they grudgingly opted to serve us even though breakfast service is over at 9:30am. The restaurant is cute with plenty to look at but it reeked of something we could not identify. The smell was not organic or smoke related and it... More

The food was average. The staff seemed a bit cold-shouldered, not very friendly/engaging. one of only two restaurants in town, and the other was better in my opinion. The store was scarcely stocked and was sold out of many items.

A full-service little cafe right next to the visitor center for the caves. They have excellent ice cream.

Not many options in Baker, but I would highly recommend T & Ds. We had a teenage waitress who was a wealth of information. She shared information about the school system and life in rural Nevada/Utah. The food was good and was quick. We were the only customers in the restaurant, so we got plenty of attention.

There wasn't much else that was open so we stopped here a few times for snacks. We also bought hamburgers one day; apparently they are microwaved and tasted terrible. Stick to the food in the store and you'll be more satisfied. But given how out-of-the-way this is, it is good that there is some food available..

Like the selection of canned and packaged goods along with eggs, milk, drinks and ice cream that are available out in the middle of "no where".

Our dinner was delicious. The price is good and service was impeccable. Some of the best food and cooking is in out of the way places. Located near Great Basin Nationsl Park in Nevada.
