The more casual dining area was recommended to us by some of the locals; however, we did not want to wait on a table so we ate in the more formal dining room. It was very busy and the service was good. It is wonderful to have such a nice dining option in the Oxbow area. We had Elk Sirloin... More

We ate at Peaks and Trapper Grill several times for Dinner and Breakfast and both were good. The view of course is nice except at dinner time the sun is right in your face so the blinds roll down to obscure your view of the Tetons and only partially block the sun. The food was good but on the pricey... More

My husband and I have stayed in other National Parks and are used to the higher prices and mediocre food. However, we found Peaks to be of a higher quality for a reasonable price. I compared the prices to similar places inside Jackson and they were almost identical. The prime rib and trout cakes were slightly less expensive than in... More

The food was good although my dinner was served partly cold-some of the trout, not sure why. One of those I should have said something moments. Also like how the OTHER waiter cheerfully mentioned the specials to the next table, after we ordered. They sounded pretty good but too late for us:) But overall it was really nice. So a... More

Gluten free menu in the Tetons. We ate here 3 times during our recent stay. Dinner menu was great, as was the breakfast. Portions were huge. The non-gluten free people in my family loved it as well! Sitting in the dining room you look out over Jackson Lake and the beautiful Tetons--spectacular!!

Had supper one evening and their super nachos mid-day another time in the grill restaurant-can't comment on the expensive fine dining restaurant in this location. If it's busy the grill and bar area can be quite noisy but the view is great, especially from the deck which had just closed on both our late evening visits. Service is somewhat slow... More

Fluffy pancakes-NOT! Dry and tasteless. The absolute poorest excuse I have ever had for a fruit and yogurt plate. I don't know whether there are any Bob Evans restaurants within a 100 mile radius-however they should google it to see what a real fruit plate looks like! Many medications advise against eating grapefruit while taking- Surprise --almost the whole plate... More

Nothing exciting except the location. Food is very basic and not so good, the place is busy and noisy, service is not so fast and forks and knifes were not clean. We went there because Peaks was closed and it did not turn out as a good surprise.

I expect a good dinner when I am paying a premium price. My husband and I both ordered the Pork Tenderloins. We had been choosing between that meal and a bison dish. Our server recommended the pork; she indicated there was not much bison in the other. The best part of the meal was the sweet potatoes that accompanied. The... More

Party of 12, forgot to order dinner for one of the attendees so she sat there while we ate then she ate while we all sat there and waited. Food was ok, but not for the price. I won't be back which is too bad because I live nearby.
