The Smoked Trout Cobb Salad was truly the best salad I've ever had. And I've had a lot of salads. With a generous serving of smoked trout, all of the other Cobb salad ingredients, including blue cheese crumbles, the flavors combined wonderfully. They had a nice selection of beers from local and regional breweries too. With the view of the... More

We hit Grand Teton at a time when most of the park amenities are shut down but were glad that we found this restaurant open. It is situated on one of the large beautiful mountain lakes you will see in this part of the country. We got seated quickly and were pleased to see a nice variety of menu choices.... More

We ate the last night it was open for the season and the staff and service was excellent. The elk/buffalo meat sliders were great and the Elk steak was awesome. No regrets.

After being up since 0600 trying to get shots of elk bugling, bison being bison and bison playing with the pronghorns while viewing the Tetons, enjoyed eating trout and eggs while reading the morning news and drinking some excellent coffee to revive the spirit and the soul. Excellent way to combine civilization while feeling as if you are in a... More

Our experience at Peaks at Signal Mountain was excellent in every way, even though the iconic view from the dining room was temporarily lost in clouds and darkness. The waiters were friendly and efficient, the prices better than other lodges in the area. The food was some of the best I've eaten. We will return to this special restaurant in... More

Best view for a reasonably priced restaurant in the middle of a national park. The food was excellent for the price and the service was very good too. I saw almost every table had the big nacho, which seems big enough to feed a crowd.

Excellent food and pie with a really nice view over the lake with the Grand Tetons in the background. We were there for sunset and it was really nice. Service was efficient and the prices weren't bad for a slightly fancier meal.

Small intimate dining room compared to the other lodge dining rooms in the 2 parks. The concessionaire is wonderful in the food department. Be sure to have the Berry Pie and for breakfast the steel cut oats.

I am not a an expert in evaluating foods. That being said, I enjoyed the window table view at the Peaks. I chose to have the bison and mushroom dish. I found it to be quite scrumptious. Our group of four chose to dine around 6 pm and it was not crowded during most of our meal. The dining area... More

The more casual dining area was recommended to us by some of the locals; however, we did not want to wait on a table so we ate in the more formal dining room. It was very busy and the service was good. It is wonderful to have such a nice dining option in the Oxbow area. We had Elk Sirloin... More
