Excellent food, service and views, but a little pricey

Food was fantastic. Had a burger that was so wonderfully cooked and flavorful. Fries were spices perfectly. The dining room is beautiful as it's in the old homestead. They have a gift shop there as well with nice items. The only reason I didn't give it an Excellent rating is that it was a tiny... read more

an unique dining experience in the middle of the forest. Come early to get sunset views on the mountain or watch the deer play in the front yard. Breakfast and lunch are also incredibly good. No cheap but worth it for an upscale experience.

Breakfast choices are many. Eggs and omlets as you choose, applewood smoked bacon, kurabata pork sausage or bison hash to accompany. Variety of fresh juices and fruits with breads and muffins in abundance. Five course dinner menu Appetizers are creative and varied. Elk carpaccio is superb for example. Root vegetable soups use curry favors to highlight the sweetness of the... More

One can get lost in the in the spectacular views that are just outside the large glass windows in the dining room. The food was good and the service was okay.

This is the type of restaurant you come to just because it's there and you want to experience it. It is NOT the kind of restaurant that you bring an appetite to or a budget. And I really can't say that you get what you pay for because some of the things on the menu are very expensive and just... More

The 5 course meals for dinner that Chef Clark Myers orchestrated for our 3 days at Jenny Lake Lodge, were delicious, fresh, and unique recipes. We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, beautiful views, and the serving staff that were very professional. What a wonderful 5* dining experience to provide in a national park!

The menu was limited and the portions generous but expect a wait if you are going at lunch or dinner times. We only found this place and one at Colter Bay available for dinning so plan your day around eating at one of these two spots if you don't have a picnic lunch with you. This spot was at the... More

The hostess did not want to listen to my wife. She asked if we had a reservation we said no. Then someone else walked in without a reservation and we got seated after them. There was the same number in both parties. The food was good but to be treated like that for what they charge was wrong . There... More

we stumbled upon this great place while driving through the loop in the Grand Tetons. Very nice lunch with a great wine list. I had a chicken salad sandwich that was on a croissant with sprouts and it was delish... the shoestring fries were delightful!

We were enjoying the loop drive around the park and decided this was our lunch stop. We had no idea we were walking into a wonderful restaurant. So many of the park restaurants are setup for "in and out" service. This one is not. We were able to get in without reservations after a 10 minute wait. Our server was... More
