We had hiked all over the the area around the Lodge and it was lunch time. Our 15 year old suggested we should eat at the lodge since we would not be there again. We decided to and the meal was very good. My husband had the burrito meal which he highly recommends. The portbello mushroom sandwich was excellent. Kids... More

Overall, the food was very good. The short ribs were yummy. The view of the Grand Canyon while eating were perfect. The prices were a little steep, but for the views it was wonderful meal.

The views out on the canyon are amazing. Dinner reservations are a must. However, no reservations needed for breakfast or lunch. Service was quick, if you are in a hurry, and very professional

Worth going to at least once and the service is really good, very helpful staff. I thought the cost were high, but got tired of pizza and the general store, which both are fine. Also, usually need a reservation which i don't like- don't want to do a lot of planning- I am on vacation!

Although pricey, this is a great way to start a morning on the North Rim. The breakfast buffet complete with omelette station is plentiful and the service is very friendly. Of course, the view with two story floor to ceiling windows of the grand canyon is the icing on the cake!

I was disappointed the quality of the food and cooking was not better at this restaurant. The host and wait staff were outstanding. Decent selection of wine which was nice. The food either didnt come prepared as requested, was under cooked, over cooked, not well put together. Having dined at El Tovar on the South Rim (which was fantastic food)... More

The later your table is booked, the longer you will have to wait for your seat. Our first night we ate at 9.45pm after a 30minute wait for our table. On our second night we visited the deli next door and had a rather tasty pizza. On our third night we booked in the morning and had only a ten... More

The food was good, and the service was pretty bad. It took us forever to get any service for dinner, and breakfast was the same.

We decided to dine in the dining room as dining choices are limited. Despite making a reservation well in advance of our arrival to the park, they had picked a table in the back with no view for us. We had been downgraded in our hotel room and this was another slap in the face, but should note that when... More

this has got to be one of the most scenic places you've ever eaten at with stunning views of the Cayon from the North Rim (assuming this is what they're saying on Trip Advisor for the location).:) we enjoyed a great dinner at sunset (be SURE to make reservations in ADVANCE)...and we also had a great breakfast (we opted for...
