We had a wonderful breakfast in a lovely dining room. The service was great, it was part of our Caravan Tour, I would definitely return to eat there.

We were so excited to have the chance to visit the GC North Rim. After a long drive we arrived just as it was starting to rain. Then the temperature dropped and the wind kicked in. We had planned a full day of hiking, so instead we had to make the best of our day. After an emergency warm shirt... More

Reading some others reviews, I am surprised that we maybe got lucky? Were we overcome by the view? Were we that hungry? When we arrived, the area was socked in by clouds and we could see nothing. A few hours later, as we settled in for dinner, things cleared. We were awed by the sights. Our server was very friendly... More

It's almost difficult to concentrate on food with the incredible view out the front and side of the dining room. Full length windows make it seem like you are still sitting out on the back deck (which I highly recommend you do at some point). We were here for lunch. The servers were prompt and friendly, and the food appeared... More

My brother- and sister-in-law, my husband and I ate here the night we spent at the North Rim. The view was incredible, but you can get it from the verandah without subjecting yourself to the food. My sister-in-law and I both ordered a "fresh" tomato spaghetti, my husband ordered smoked duck that he said was the best food he ate... More

Wish I had bought a bag of chips and a coke in the grocery store instead of eating a reboiled hotdog with tasteless chili.

This isn't world-class cuisine, but it was certainly excellent, a very pleasant surprise and very reasonable for the quality. It's also nice to be able to spend money on supporting an enterprise within the park. And, is it possible for a restaurant to have a more spectacular view???

My husband and I ate at both the restaurants at the North Rim and Bryce Canyon. The restaurant at the North Rim was so much better than at Bryce. I had the heirloom tomato salad with mozzarella which was delicious and the lake trout was very tasty. The crab cakes my husband ordered were just OK. The service was very... More

We were at the north rim for two nights right at the end of the season and were able to eat in the main dining room one of those nights. Prior to our dinner, we enjoyed watching the sunset from the veranda overlooking the canyon while a bugler played taps as the sun set in the west. While advanced reservations... More

Having not been for more than 10 years, was not sure if the meal would be as terrific as we had recalled from way back when. Yes, it was and then some. Not known for dishing out gastronomic praise with abandon - we had 4 serious foodiesat our table who all agreed that each of us had excellent dishes and... More
