Ok, not much else around

The cafeteria had good food that took quite a bit of time to obtain. There are not man options if you are staying at the lodge so overall it was not too bad for the location.

Great place to take a break and grab a quick bite to eat. The food was decent and reasonably priced. It was quick and easy to park here as well.

We had lunch here a day after having lunch at Yavapai Cafeteria. If you have the choice, I would strongly recommend Maswik Cafeteria over Yavapai. The ordering process is smooth and efficient, you just ask for what you want at the various counters and then pay for it at the cashier, no mucking around with extremely slow ordering machines as... The food was average. The price abit high for what you get. Also they tack on a usage fee of sorts. I understand that it costs more to provide services, but just build it into the price. In future I would probably not eat here. Just pack a cooler of sandwich meat and bread in.

We stayed in the park much later than we had intended (it's hard to leave!) so we stopped for dinner here. The food court had tons of choices, so it was easy to please our family of 5. It was a little expensive for what you get, and the food was average, but hey - you're not in the Grand... More

We came here after hiking/walking most of the day. We had watched the sunset at the end of the shuttle line, and took the bus back. We just walked from the end of the red line rather than switch buses, it was a very easy walk. We were staying at the Yavapai lodge which was another easy bus ride back... More

Tour groups eat here having been given vouchers for a complete meal. So don't be suckered into following them and piling your plate high with different items. Add up the prices first. It can cost you! The food items are very basic western-type grub eats. Lots of bulk which might suit those just finishing up from the Bright Angel trail,... More

Thank you for your comments on the Maswik Lodge Food Court. We offer many options from sub sandwiches to BBQ dinners. There is a Mexican food station, and a grill for hot sandwiches. There are selections for all tastes and budgets. It is true that the portions are large, which seems to be true throughout the Southwest. We recruit for... More

This place hit the spot with some great beer and pretty good pizza. The staff was friendly and very helpful. They gave us some insider tips and was truly one of the only bright spots on a rainy Grand Canyon experience.

The cafeteria offered varied choices and the group of us got through with ease. Our choice was the grilled cheese with bacon and tomato with fries. I would recommend it highly!
