The redecorated dining room is attractive and features a view that can't be beat - anywhere. The service we had (three times) was always attentive. The food varied. My trout one evening was great; my wife's on a subsequent night far from it. It's in a national park (concessionaire) hotel and that's what you should expect.

I'd skipped this restaurant in favor of the Swiftcurrent Italian restaurant around the lake (5 minute drive). Our lunch was mediocre, even for national park standards. The cheese fondue popover was grainy and not very warm. The sandwiches were boring. The atmosphere in this room is much nicer than the entire rest of the run-down hotel.

I was staying at the Swiftcurrent Motor Inn and decided to have a nice dinner at the Many Glacier Lodge. I went around 5:00 and they weren't super crowded. Before sitting down, I took a quick look at the menu to make sure they had something I would like to eat. Once seated they brought over rolls and butter and... More

The breakfast buffet was good and had a good variety of food. We didn't try to eat here any other time. Lunch we were usually hiking and dinner we went to Swiftcurrent.

You have to look past the fact that they may be out of some items. But their menu selection and drink menu is very very good. A full appetizer, 2 dinners, 4 drinks, and desert will run you around $70-$90 but that's really not bad for the location and the remoteness of the facility.

Ate both dinner and breakfast when staying at Many Glacier; the full breakfast buffet is probably one of the best food deals in the park ($14.95 per adult) and our waiter brought me additional food items to accomodate my paleo diet with no additional charge. Views of the lake were superb, as was the service.

We had a lunch here after the Boat Ride and Ranger Hike (which was excellent). My wife and I both had the Elk Burger sandwich. The menu was very limited by the way. The sandwich was not the elk burger we expected, it came out like ground meat, not very tasty. We have had Elk before in Jackson Hole area... More

Neither the salmon or bison tenderloin dinners were very good. The vegetables had way too much garlic with the salmon. Very good service and nice staff.

The hotel is great to visit, lots of interesting history and great views. The restaurant not so great, pricey of course, I had the "shrimp scampi". Not good. Basically a plate of fettucini noodles with a few little shrimp on top, very bland. When our waiter asked how our food was I was honest, to their credit they didn't charge... More

Because it was a rainy day, we decided to skip our boat trip and get a hardy breakfast instead. The room itself is stunningly beautiful, nice wood everywhere! The tables are high quality with high back chairs. Not to mention the views of the lake behind the hotel. There are two options for the buffet: cereals and yogurt (basically the... More
