On our way to Key West we stopped off for a coffee at the Miccosukee Resturant, the people were very friendly, and the coffee was in good supply, lots of people having very large lunches but we decided to have a Cuban flatbread very nice. On our return journey we had a Club sandwich, this came with fries, and again... More

After the tour in the Everglades, we stopped here for lunch. My kids had frog legs, my wife had a chicken salad and I tried the fried gator bites. I can't say it was my favorite meal in Forida, but it's definitely worth a try. The restaurant is nice, personnel is friendly and the alligators in the rear canal are... More

This is just what it says it is. Varied menu of specialties of the area. I had the Indian Taco and it was delish. My husband had the gator bites platter special thing with catfish and frog legs and fry bread. The gator bites were sort of bad, the frog legs were good and the fry bread is good. We... More

I'm sorry, but this place is horrific. We decided to stop by on our way between Everglade City and Miami and...wow. This place is disgusting. The alligator bites were just chewy chunks of grease: I'm a big guy and I like to eat, but I couldn't even finish them, even with the warm mayonnaise-thousand island sauce mix I was given... More

We are from Tennessee and my family and me love traveling to the Everglades therefore we been to the miccossukee numerous of times.. The food is kinda pricey but in overall is good food. The service is ok as far as the waiters (took a lil bit of time) but we didn't mind waiting. For the past years we come... More

My boyfriend and I went this 4th of July weekend.. We ordered the Miccosukee Platter to split between the both of us and it was so delicious. The Gator Bites, The Catfish, and the Fry Bread were so good. I can't say much about the Frog Legs but my boyfriend said they were OK! Neither of us finished our food... More

This was my 4th visit with clients to this establishment. After 3 visits of mediocre feelings the 4th time confirmed my never again. This last time the service was not personable, felt rushed and put off. Being the only sit down A.C. restaurant between Krome and Big Cypress, one would think it would have a better quality to it. The... More

This is about the only place to pick up a quick burger, sit and relax, on U. S. Route 41, between Naples, FL. and Miami. So that is what we did on a Sunday afternoon, first week of May, 2014. We were spending the day in the Everglades, and were getting pretty hungry. From the outside, the building looks like... More

Stopped here on the way to Homestead. I ordered fry bread with a chef salad and my hubby ordered the Indian burger with apple fry bread for dessert. All our food was good at great prices. We saw an aligator in the canal and I was able to get several brochures at the information center.

I can't say I was impressed with the service or the decor or the food or atmosphere - or anything other than it was food in the middle of the Everglades. The beer was cold - thanks for that. The fries were ho-hum, my friend's burger was a 3 out 10 and the "wings" I ordered were probably twice cooked... More
