Gator bites!

The Gator bits were a new experience that I wanted. but the best was the Fry bread burger great seasoning. Wish we would have sat on the patio, has a great view of the canal.

This was the only restaurant after traveling for many miles. We stopped about 2 pm for lunch. We were seated immediately, but had not service for at least 15 minutes. Understaffed, slow and the food was terrible.

Please, there are other options along 41! Very poor excuse for a restaurant. Food was disgusting, service below average but it appeared clean. My husband ordered the "fresh catfish" only to have it served frozen in the middle, the Indian taco had beans & some lettuce , tomatoes, cheese & chunks of bread on it????? 7 Eleven would have been... We like to visit this restaurant when we are in the Everglades as we get good food for fair prices with a friendly service by the Miccosukee people. The restaurant can not be missed next to the Shark Valley crossing on Tamiami Highway. pore

Let me start with the service was great. The staff was friendly and came by the table often. Now for the food. It was good. I got the bbq pork sandwhich, not sure how they warmed it up but it was burnt on the outside. I also got gator bites, 2 of the 3 were good. The 3rd one was... More

My wife and I ate here this year for the very first time. We have traveled past it many times for over 20 years. This year I told my wife we are going to eat there and we were not dissapointed. The food and service was great. We ate the indian tacos and when in the area next year we... More

After biking the 15 mile loop at Shark Valley, we look forward to Indian taco at this restaurant. It is a fun place. The pumpkin fry bread is delicious as well. It is unique food, similar to Navajo taco in the southwest. Not a fancy place, but there are tables outside overlooking the water.

Unfortunately this restaurant is the "only game in town". We stopped by as it was near Shark Valley. Our meals were fried chicken, gator, frogs legs, catfish. All of the food was disappointing as it was over cooked. Perhaps if the cooking oil were changed more frequently, it would be better. Our suggestion for food at Shark Valley is to... More

While traveling thru FL on our way to Islamorada, we came across the greatest little restaurant!! The breakfast was delicious and so inexpensive, we stopped for lunch on the way home!! You must try the fry bread with cherry pie filling!!!
