Best burger in years

We stopped on the recommendation of our Denali tour bus driver. The burger was fabulous. The meat was so flavorful . And the bun was obviously homemade . Halibut and chips were also a hit at the table . The blueberry pie for desert was incredible. Tons of blueberries and none of the goo that holds... read more

This restaurant has great food-better than the Perch Restaurant next door in my opinion. The only thing I would say that needs work here is the service. For instance, in our to-go lunches the waters were left out. When I let the front desk know the next day at check-out they said we were to grab them on our own.... More

The breakfast here is great! I love their home fries and the bacon was crispy and delicious as were the homemade biscuits. We also ate dinner here one night and it was good. The service is really fast and the prices are decent.

This place is near Carlo Creek south of Denali. Everything here is homemade. My friends loved the chili, ordered it twice. I had meatloaf once and chicken pot pie another time. We got sack lunches for Denailit the night before and delicious breakfast rolls. Wonderful wait staff, very cute place. would return

We ate here for two nights while we stayed in the Denali National Park area. The Mooster Burgers were great as well as their chicken pot pie. The prices were a little high for a cafe but everything up there is because of hoe everything needs to be shipped up there. The reason I am giving then 3 stars is... More

We try to never stop at the same restaurant twice while traveling. However, after stopping for lunch on our drive from Anchorage to Denali, we planned our drive back to include a stop too. We stopped on the way up because of the great reviews. We ordered sandwiches (which were good) and dessert (which was amazing). The strawberry rhubarb coffee... More

We spent the night at the McKinley Creekside Cabins and ate dinner and breakfast at the on site café. Dinner was very good, I had the prime rib and my father had the Moose Burger, both were very good. The restaurant was packed with other cabin patrons, causing a delay in receiving our food and obtaining refills on tea and... More

Ate here 3 times, two dinners and one big breakfast. Always good food and used local ingrediants when possible. Breads great, burgers good, pot pie great, All six adults enjoyed differnet dishes and never disappointed. Price about right for Denali area.

We are staying at McKinley Creekside cabins and have a good restaurant on site has been an added bonus. The monster cinnamon rolls are fantastic, the strawberry rhubarb pancakes delicious. Their specials use wonderful in season ingredients. They serve wine and beer -- good post hike relaxation. It is often busy so service can be slow. Don't come if you're... More
