Very good food in an area where there are not a lot of choices. Daily special recommendation by waiter was an excellent choice

We found this " nugget" by accident and were totally impressed by the whole experience. We got there before the supper crowd arrived and were seated right away and the food followed shortly. My husband ordered the chicken pot pie and loved it! I enjoyed the summer salad. Our friends ordered the salmon and really liked the rhubarb cherry chutney... More

We ate here several times while staying at the attached McKinley Creekside Cabins. It's very expensive, but the food is generally good. Over two dinner visits we had: Halibut & chips ($19) - this is their special and it's exceptional, the best fish & chips I've ever had. It's a must-order if you like halibut. It is a little unusual... More

This cafe has a great breakfast and dinner. During our stay we were able to have breakfast- disappointed that they ran out of biscuits though. Pancakes were very good . Dinner was yummy. Salads are huge, pasta specials very fresh. They also ran out of potato soup one night. The Denali cinnamon rolls are almost as big as Denali and... More

Was driving from Fairbanks to Anchorage and we happened to find this cute place. The cafe itself is small yet cute and well laid out. We actually sat outside as it was a nice evening. Our server was possibly best server we have ever had! The food itself is just simply amazing. A must stop on the Parks highway! Prices... More

A great surprise to find this restaurant ... Absolutely everything was delicious, from the incredible breakfasts to the lunches they packed for us to the variety at dinner options. Homemade granola and treats were top drawer! And the service is excellent to boot!

A quaint little place to eat in the wilds of Alaska. Great homey atmosphere with wonderful staff. The cinnamon rolls are HUGE and soon good. It compliments their cabins by the creek.

We stayed at the cabins here and ate at the restaurant for the 4 days we were there, no reason to look elsewhere when the food was so good right there. Dinner each night, good menu with nightly specials. Also have them prepare a sack lunch for your Denali tour, a good value and they will have it ready for... More

We had two meals here. We first had dinner and it was really good. We purchased cinnamon rolls to take with us and they were huge and so good. The icing was not too sweet, just right.....would highly recommend these to anyone. We had breakfast here and it was so good and also huge. I had the blue cakes, reindeer... More

Thanks for the review...our Mt. Denali cinnamon roll recipe is from Elaine Pollock, who along with her husband homesteaded our property in the mid 60's. We are thrilled to make and serve homemade cinnamon rolls and buns from this amazing Denali National Park Pioneer. More
