Everything we had at The Perch Restaurant was delicious. A little pricey but well worth it. Getting a packed lunch from them for our trip into Denali was a really good idea - much better and more affordable than other packed lunches you could get once in the park.

My husband and I wanted to avoid Denali Village and go somewhere a little homier, and this place was the absolute best. It's tucked back off the road past the cabins associated with the Perch, and it's basically a big house with a restaurant and bar with a patio overlooking some nearby mountains. The restaurant and bar couldn't be more... More

We ate here 3 times during our stay. 1. Ordered 2 box lunches for $25 for the bus ride - sandwiches were tasty and the bundt cake was even better. 2. Dinner - burger & fries for my husband and a halibut Ceasar for me. Not 1 bit of food left on our plates. 3. Breakfast - best hashbrowns I've... More

This is a small restaurant associated with the Perch Resort. Food was amazing. Gourmet presentation. Staff were exceptional and friendly. If you are going to Denali State Park stop in for a fabulous meal or stay in one of the clean cozy cabins.

What a wonderful find. This restaurant is south of the Denali Park entrance adjacent to McKinley Cabins. Though not visible from the road it is well signposted and easy to find if you follow the moose. The views were stunning, the atmosphere warm, the food excellent. The owner/baker/host was wonderfully warm. The food was fresh, locally sourced and vary delicious.... More

What a wonderful find! Throughly enjoyable, real food and real service. Trinity and her mom were delightful and really looked after us. From the home cooked bread through to home cooked desserts, this is one Alaskan meal we will not forget. It's Alaskan prices but so very very good! And a great view too!

We stayed at the perch resort for 3 nights . We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. Both were good. We thought this restaurant is better than the creek side cafe. More vegetables in the cuisine and the fish was freshier. Wine was good-priced and tasty. The lunch pack for the park tour(12 .5 dollar) was better than... More

I was very excited to try this restaurant after reviews I read but was a little disappointed afterwards. We ordered the salmon and the halibut. The halibut and salmon were both cooked nicely. However, though the descriptions on the menu were different, both plates of food looked almost identical except for the fish itself. We were looking forward to sharing... More

I loved the food here but the friend with whom I was traveling had a different experience which is why I didn't give it the best score. The halibut soup and crabcake appetizers that I had were both outstanding and the restaurant itself is very pretty with a great wine selection. The place is a little pricey but it's nice.... More
