Best Bargain in Denali

Deanli Park, like all of Alaska, is pretty expensive dining. I agree with a previous reviewer that is restaurant is a bargain. Food was very good, plentiful, and reasonably priced.

Prospectors Pizzeria is not your run-of-the-mill pizzeria. The night we ate there, my companions didn't share my enthusiasm for trying elk topping on pizza so we ordered an ordinary sausage pizza. Only it wasn't; ordinary, I mean. We all agreed it had the best pizza crust we'd ever eaten and was excellent overall. The salad greens were organic, the dressing... More

Prospector's is located right along all the businesses outside of Denali National Park. It has a good atmosphere and interesting decor, but the food and service are just so-so.

Had the "Not the lower 48" pizza, first time we had ground Elk and Reindeer Sausage on a pizza, very good. Many selections of Alaskan Beers, all we tried were very good. Also had an long list of wines, not Alaskan wines. Service was good. They have an outdoor eating area but indoors they have neat items to look at.

This is a really popular place to eat. The food is good and prices are ok for the area. The have beer and wine only. I was pleased with the service and the chicken salad.

We ate at prospectors with our family and it was enjoyed by all. The pizza selections and creations had something for everyone. The beer selection was great too.
