Very adorable little restaurant in the middle of nowhere. You can eat on the cool shady veranda with sweeping views, surrounded by large cacti. Feels like Mexico. Food was SO much better than at the Xanterra restaurants at Furnace Creek, and less expensive. They have draft beer & 170 types of bottled beer. Servers very pleasant. Long wait because they... The burger was ok, not the best but better than the pizza my wife ordered. She said it was one of the worst pizzas she every ate. Rather expensive, but I guess that should be expected in the middle of nowhere. I just know next time we are in Death Valley we will avoid this place and drive on by.

After a drive to the Vista past Panamint Springs, we stopped for coffee and were impressed by the lunches we saw and the friendly staff. The next day we came for lunch - and after having eaten at most of the Park's restaurants - I can safely say we had the best meal in the Park! The salad was fries... More

I loved the burger I had and the draft beer was exceptionally fresh and cold. Really hit the spot after driving through the desert! LOVED this restaurant! Breakfast was an outstanding buffet. The cook prepared a LOT of food, and everything I had was great.

I love this place, so when passing through to Death Valley, from Lone Pine, always stop in for a bite. Most tourists don't know that these folks host a Free (donations accepted) Thanksgiving dinner for locals and travelers alike. The site is at 2000 feet, so not quite as hot as Stovepipe, but still pretty warm some months.

we stayed at the campground across the street.it was just to windy to cook something, so we decided to try the restaurant. good idea!!! we ordered a 14" pizza to share between the two of us and a bowl of green salad. the pizza was fabulous, thin and crusty, just the way we like it and big enough to fill... We stayed across the street at the RV park and wondered over after dark for dinner, the place was packed so we sat at the bar. We quickly noticed there was only one server, Anastasiya D, she was very good at keeping track of who was next as it was seat yourself. We asked if she was alone and she... More

We visited this location as a couple in September . We stopped for lunch at this location. We had simple soft drinks and hotdogs with fries. Simple but great. Waitress was very helpful and willing to chat and give advice on what to do in a limited time. Sat outside and guess what yep it was hot. They have rental... More

A really fun place to eat. Bar was busy and staff very friendly. Given it is in the middle of nowhere it was fun to be with so many fellow travellers. Food good
