Good porch to dine on, make the time it takes to order & get food

We split a burger and I guess the only way they cook it is well done. The guys one table over ordered cheeseburgers and it was delivered without the cheese...how is that even possible. The table on the other side had trouble with their order as well. It was slow to get waited on, slow to get it... read more

Stopped over here while travelling through and around California. Couldn't fault it. Great food, good drink, lovely cleaned air conned rooms and an unmissable view as the sun begins to set.

Service was good, staff very helpful and friendly. We split a pizza and selected from their wide variety of beer.

My husband & I spent the day hiking & 4 wheeling in Death Valley & we were heading out to hwy 395 to spend the night in Lone Pine. We reached Panamint Springs Resort Restaurant around dinner time so we stopped to eat. There is out door dining so we chose to sit outside & enjoy the views of the... More

Came over from Death Valley on our way to Bishop and stopped for a beer. A family runs this place. Friendly service. Probably a place were many stops to cool the brakes of their cars after a long stretch of downhill driving. Not a fancy place but probably the only water hole form many miles.

Very adorable little restaurant in the middle of nowhere. You can eat on the cool shady veranda with sweeping views, surrounded by large cacti. Feels like Mexico. Food was SO much better than at the Xanterra restaurants at Furnace Creek, and less expensive. They have draft beer & 170 types of bottled beer. Servers very pleasant. Long wait because they... The burger was ok, not the best but better than the pizza my wife ordered. She said it was one of the worst pizzas she every ate. Rather expensive, but I guess that should be expected in the middle of nowhere. I just know next time we are in Death Valley we will avoid this place and drive on by.

After a drive to the Vista past Panamint Springs, we stopped for coffee and were impressed by the lunches we saw and the friendly staff. The next day we came for lunch - and after having eaten at most of the Park's restaurants - I can safely say we had the best meal in the Park! The salad was fries... More

I loved the burger I had and the draft beer was exceptionally fresh and cold. Really hit the spot after driving through the desert! LOVED this restaurant! Breakfast was an outstanding buffet. The cook prepared a LOT of food, and everything I had was great.
