Our new Executive Chef, Anthony Aiuto, has created a menu that will remind you of the Wild West. With steaks, ribs, chicken and award winning white fish, we have something to satisfy any taste buds. Our selection of Mexican dishes have an authentic feel with recipes passed down from family to family here in the local area. With 12 beers on tap including 9 local micro-brews, we have the perfect accompaniment to wash down your meal with. So saddle up the Cowboy Ranch House and enjoy true Western Cuisine!

What can I say?

Since this is the only place in the area that is open during "off season" there really is no other choice. However, the food and the service were good.

The Bryce Canyon Lodge restaurant offers great evening meals after a day of exploration and hiking. The food while not fancy is quite good and filling. The breakfast and lunch buffets were good but nothing special. Both provide adequate meals when large groups need to be fed. In my opinion food is secondary to being in such a beautiful location.

This is where we stopped for dinner after a full day of site seeing and hiking at Bryce Canyon. The food was excellent. A friend and I shared a 16 oz ribeye steak, which was fixed perfectly, and the wait person was very accommodating about the split plate. She was also very personable and wore a smile all the time... Ate breakfast here early after sunrise shoot at Sunset Point in Bryce Canyon. Service decent, owner nice, menu different. I figured no one can screw up eggs so I got scrambled eggs and sausage. Plenty to eat, sausage not great, eggs good. Hubs got French Toast, which he ate but wasn't thrilled with. A little expensive with $2.50 for a... More

On our way to Santa Fe we stopped off at the magnificent Bryce Canyon for one night. The next morning, we found the Cowboy Ranch House and had a brilliant breakfast. Large portions so we shared. Then we left for Las Vegad only to discover my partner had left his bag at the restaurant. Panic set in. It had his... More

Hello . . . anyone work here? Very slow to seat, taking order and serving. Had to move from one table due to the flies.

We ate 2 dinners and one breakfast here while we stayed at Bryce Canyon Resort. In all cases the servings were large and the food was tasty. My wife had the chicken taco salad and I had the pork chops and we each had a beer and the total with tax was $45. The other night we ordered an appetizer,... More
